Listen , I don’t leave reviews often because quite frankly I usually just eat and leave. I just need to say WOW to PQ Smashburger. My server was Hailey, and she was the nicest, most KIND person ever. She treated me and my kids with NOTHING BUT RESPECT. It honestly gives me hope for humanity in the never generations. I don’t know what that girl makes, but RAISE IT. Thank you Smashburger PQ for hiring her. I see her often and I hope to continue to see her in your store. Thank you.

i got the double smoked brisket bacon smash. oh my god this was the best thing i’ve ever had in my life the cook put so much heart into my burger this literally changed my life i can’t even lie i walked out this restaurant so happy this was the best burger ever the shake was so amazing and if i could give this 2 million stars i would. i never thought id have these type of feelings towards a food item.

Two words: Spider Man. Just like Spider-Man, my time at smashburger was Spectacular, Amazing, and might I even add, the ultimate experience. But it wouldn’t be like this without a certain employee. Manager Kevin did his best and showed the best I can ever see in smashburger. He was like a superhero today. He zipped and zapped all around the store and brought smiles to everyone here. Truly, thank you.

I’ve been a long time smashburger enthusiast but yesterday I decided to try the new cowboy hotdog and boy did it not disappoint! Heck, I’d even say the hotdog rivals the burger. But that’s me getting too ahead of myself there. The food was just great. But above all else, the people there made sure the heavenly food came to me with grace and kindness. Not a fan. My strawberry shake had a freezer taste to it.
Burger was ok. Got a double bacon cheeseburger.

Terrible, the whole staff should be fired. Ordered food tonight Friday 11/15 on the mobile app. (You would think no human interaction when ordering no confusion, WRONG) one all American burger swap raw onion for grilled onion, NOPE, left raw onion on and piled all on one side of the burger, so my first bite was pure onion, couldn’t taste anything else, second bite I realize of the 2 condiments that are on the burger one is missing (no ketchup) luckily ketchup packets were included in the bag. My wife’s burger, the Truffle Swiss burger was ordered with extra truffle mayo, they decided lite mayo was better. Onto the sides, we both ordered Smash-tots I get to the bottom of my cup and start noticing they are really greasy. Well that’s because there’s a half inch of oil in my cup of tots. I will not be coming here again.

Today was my first time ever having Smashburger. I honestly did not know what to expect and I actually hesitated coming here initially. But boy am I glad I came! This place was absolutely fantastic! From the moment you walk in, you can see the spotless and beautiful interior and the busy burger boss behind the scene.
The sound of the cooks behind the grill reminds me of an orchestra of a fantasical land, but the food…now that’s the highlight of my trip here.
At first when I got my food, I was actually taken aback. I assumed this chain was similar to the quality of Wendy’s or McDonald’s. But nay. It was closer to that of something my father would’ve made for a one-time barbecue (that means it was the best).
My favorite experience was the cashier. It may differ for other people since they could have a different person, but my cashier was just the coolest guy. I had to ask for his name and now I’ll never forget it. Kevin. Thank you for this unforgettable experience today. Truly.
