Smashburger on Route 3 is generally known to be busy but let me tell you well worth the wait. I usually dine in and I don’t even pay attention to the wait because the food IS ALWAYS fresh…you can just tell that it was made with love from the presentation to actual taste of the food. The manager Sean is a really humble individual. After noticing I became a regular he always says hello and welcome back and to me it’s the little things like that which matter. If you’re in the area certainly give it a try. I’m not even a burger guy but this place has made me one!

We were really excited to try Smashburger, having heard so much about it. We love the smash burger type of cooking hamburgers, but we were not impressed. I had the Double Triple and it was fine. I enjoyed it, but it wasn’t particularly juicy. My companion had the larger BBQ, Bacon and Cheddar and his was actually dry. The location was clean and pleasant, but we were hoping for more from the food.

I haven’t been to Smashburger for while and was very disappointed to their new rules. You can’t change anything that’s in the menu. You can only get the food the way they make it. No substitutions. I couldn’t get my fries without salt. You only get the food the way they prepare it. I think that was really poor way to have a business.

This used to be the go-to place for a decent sandwich. Not anymore. I ordered tonight and both sandwiches were horrible. It looked like they just threw the sandwich together. So much for presentation. In addition, the cook dried out the chicken sandwich and the hamburger. After realizing this, I took it back and he overcooked it again. Sandwiches are supposed to actually be edible. But the cooks here don’t seem to understand that. This smashburger is no longer worth the time or money. The employees don’t seem to take care to ensure that the food looks desirable. Furthermore, they also don’t take care to ensure that the food will not cause a customer to choke because the meat has been cooked until it has no juices remaining. These cooks do not know how to cook. Even on the second go-around they couldn’t cook sandwiches that were worth eating. 2 sandwiches in the garbage… A total waste of $20.77. definitely the last time that I ever order from this location.

In the past, this smashburger made the burgers a little dry and it just was not plesant. Recently, when I went today, the cook put his badussy in this and the burger was DELICIOUS. The shakes are perfect aswell as the fries! I assume theres new staff because the person at the front was kind and inviting. Enjoyed my experience here!
