First time here & probably will be last time too . Not impressed super expensive. 9 bucks for a shake no thanks. It was ok. The burger was sweet probably because of the pickles . The only good thing was the fries & ranch . Wait time took super long my ice in the drink melted. In n out is 100x better. Well at least I tried the place now I know not to go back .

Overall, good dining experience. It was our first time trying a smash burger. Our favorite thing was the fries (waffle fries) and regular. They were nice and crispy and not salty at all. I devoured the single spicy smash. Next time I would get a double and add more pickles. I’m a fan of the milkshake (fruity pebbles) and ice cream cones! The mango habanero wings were slightly crispy and had a lot of sauce. Not too spicy. I did like that the wings had flavor even without the sauce.
Employees were nice and food came out pretty quickly.

Fresh high quality food. 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down. Prices were great for the quality of the food. Their Instagram also promotes a lot of different specials. The day I went they were offering free cones with every purchase. Staff was very welcoming and tentative. They were prompt to clean tables after they were clear. Condiments and napkins were kept stocked. There’s a mobile kiosk you can use to order and they also have an app, which was nice for me to order during my lunch break. The design and layout is one of a kind. the restroom was very clean and had an amazing selfie mirror with multiple lighting settings between the floors the walls, and the tables, you can tell a lot of detail went into this place. Definitely a must see if you’re a local Visalian or visiting. I’ve been a few times now and each time they’ve had live games streaming. Go dodgers and 49ers!

Do I recommend ? I’m on the fence about it b/c they are new. But if my experience is like this 4 to 6 months from now. I would not recommend.
I had to wait 30 minimum for my spicy burger and fries.
Another customer was complaining about one of the cooks not wearing a net. I didn’t see it but they were bothered about it.
If you go. Don’t go during peak lunch hours or within the peak hours of people getting off of work.
The tables were dirty, the trash was too full to place my trash in after I ate.
As of 10/19/2025 – they are hiring and definitely need help. The community is supporting but they are taking too long to complete an order.
I’m not sure if the issue is organization or communication but there is a clear issue.
Personally – I won’t be returning anytime soon. But if you go – just be warned.

This was our first time here and will be returning. The food was great and not expensive at all despite what other reviews are claiming. We got it in maybe ten minutes. The cook messed up and gave us a burger with sauce when we asked for a burger without sauce but was very nice about it and promptly made us a new burger. They even let us take the burger that had sauce instead of just throwing it away. The manager or owner was very nice and I am looking forward to returning.

I love me a good smash burger, and I came for the first time and it was smashing! I had me a double smash add mustard, with waffle fries and a pink lemonade.
