They have a Philly burger , this is what i ordered and a sandwich.
You can tell this GUY NEVER BEEN TO PHILLY cause if you make this in Philly you getting popped.

10/10 recommend for a fun date night or family night, we ordered a kids meal and two burgers, the villan burger which was flavorul with slight heat, and a double smash which was crispy around the edges just how I love my smash burgers and the thousand island dressing made in house really elevated the flavor for me, my kiddo got dino chicken nuggies he loved them very crispy, we also ordered garlic parm fries with lots of flavor as well food came out promptly, the staff very friendly and helpful MEL took our order and he recommended the villan burger, and we are glad he did, he also made my son a very special milkshake, thank you MEL you are so helpful and caring!
John (owner) was very attentive to us gave us a lil history behind the concept and location he’s such a cool guy as well with outstanding customer relations, if you are ever at the food lab in Riverside come check them out, small family business with a great concept and super delicious food with a friendly atmosphere that makes you feel right at home!

Absolutely amazing! We were the last customer tonight on Black Friday. Super quick, they hooked it up on food and drinks, even gave us some churros for the road! We had come from a distance, so absolutely amazing service all around. We didn’t get to make the Mission Inn lights before closing, so we’ll definitely be back again! The burgers were good and Dino nuggets were crispy enough for a second trip!

The bacon cheeseburger was sooo yummy! The burger was very flavorful, the bacon was crisp, and I will definitely be back for another. The garlic Parmesan fries were incredible! I can’t wait to go back for more!!

Waited 40 minutes for a single Sausage Egg and Hashbrown Sandwich at around 2PM on a Saturday. Served several other customers were served before having to remind them about my order.
It did not seem like the kitchen was ran efficiently. 5 people waited 30+ minutes for 3 staff members to make their burgers.
The sandwich was something I would get out of a nice cafeteria. Check out the other places in the food court before you check this one out.

I came to riverside for only a few days and lived like right next to the food lab and smash papas became my go to option for food . The quality and quantity are really good and the pricing is reasonably good. I tried a few stuff like the chilli cheese fries , the hot Cheeto’s burger and a couple other things and I just love it . Sorry I don’t got pics but trust me it’s good . Love the guy working there remembered my name even the next day .

I only got the smash burger and some onion rings w/ ranch so my experience is limited. It was a little pricey but still reasonable. Food tasted bland and quality is definitely something they can improve on. I wouldn’t recommend either of those two items, but some of there other items do seem pretty interesting.

My only complaint is that for a $13 burger the portion is way too small. Fries and drink is 5 extra.

In just like to start by say I do not enjoy leaving bad received but some companies may need it to improve.
This review is in regards to the poor quality of food. Paid about $40 for 2 burgers and one fry. Burger was about the size of a McDonald cheeseburger. Bun seemed to be the cheapest Walmart brand buns and the size of the patty was as thin as the lettuce with missing parts all throughout the patty as well. Taste was ok.
Fries also seemed to be a cheap brand as well. Definitely not what I expected for what I paid.
I do hope they will make some changes for the future and improve on their quality of food they are offering. I’m all for redemption as well. Happy to remove the bad rating if I see some improvements and growth.
