They cook DELICIOUS burgers that burst with flavor and melt in your mouth. I’ve had multiple already; the one pictured has American cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, caramelized onions, pickled red onions + red chilies, avocados, ketchup, mustard, and a special burger sauce. And of course, a premium, QUALITY burger patty.
The owner is cool too and makes the burgers in a timely manner. Special burger requests are also honored correctly. He is funny as well which probably also adds to the food flavor 🙂
I also know two people who aren’t really “burger people”; despite this fact they told me that they enjoy these burgers! They cited the flavor and texture of these smash burgers as positives. So, I’d recommend giving them a chance even if you’re not a burger person!

We had the most delicious smash burgers today. They were crispy and juicy at the same time, seasoned with the secret sauce it was a perfect combination. The staff is super friendly!

Smash n Roll is absolutely killing it! Your burgers are the perfect blend of crispy edges, and juicy perfection, all wrapped up in a bun that holds its own. The flavors are next-level, and it’s clear you know how to make the perfect burger. Hands down one of the best food truck burgers I’ve ever had. Great service and damn good burger sauce! No- I didn’t get a picture I devoured it immediately.

Rolando knows his stuff and has perfected this simple sandwich. I’ve had MANY smash burgers from mom & pop joints to the larger five fellows chains. This burger is by far the best smash burger I have ever had. He has raised the expectation bar so high, that it ruins my enjoyment of others’ burgers. Thanks a lot Rolando 😉 Keep ’em smashing!!

Everything was top-notch! From the burger to the overall experience. Dr. Adri and Dr. Rolando (now named Dr. Roll ) are always fun and iconic – it’s amazing to be close to them especially since they’re already big names in the social media world! Their big energy really makes the experience. And the Mucho Bueno sauce? Absolutely phenomenal – it takes the burger to a whole new level. Highly recommended ! Note: you have to try the ME DOBLA.
