Everything was freshly made but the quality of the meat was weird, almost like a membrane on the bottom of the patty…I could not finish it. The onion rings were ok (and there were plenty of them!), the strawberry shake was great but I wouldn’t get a burger again. I wanted to love it but it wasn’t great. Side note: Be careful pulling out of the drive; watch for vehicles doing U-turns.

We waited for 10 minutes and no one answered. We drove up to the window and still nothing. Then I got out of the car to see if someone could tell me if they were already closed, and I saw a girl mopping the floor. I was knocking on the door, and she didn’t even look at me. She was very rude because she didn’t even have headphones on, so there was no reason she shouldn’t have heard me knocking. They were incredibly rude, and we are frequent customers, but we will never go back to this place! They need to change their closing time because it says they close at 9 pm, and at 8:30 they didn’t want to serve us, and they didn’t even give us a reason.

Not impressed with the burgers they were bland , the fries had barely any salt they were bland. The vanilla shake was too watery it just tasted like milk. The customer service was good though and the prices are good.

The food was good. Good burgers, good onion rings but the service was not very good. They got a couple of out orders wrong. The strawberry shakes have very artificial strawberry flavor. They didn’t have green chiles for the items that included green chile on certain items.

Great atmosphere, the staff really cares about what they are doing and it shows. They place the ingredients with care, they don’t mash your burger into a bun with tomatoes and pickles. This is easily the best burger joint in El Paso. I would highly recommend this restaurant …. All the stars !!!

As someone who’s been making smash burgers for 3 years, the food here was so bland and flavorless that I do not want to even try the other options, when I can just make my own faster with better quality. The positive thing I can say about this place is great cashiers and a nice calming interior with music thats at the perfect volume.
If you are looking for a cheaper burger and a nice atmosphere, come here but I can not recommend anyone this place for its flavor and “speed”.

This place was an absolute disaster. We waited 35 minutes for three burgers, and even then our order still wasn’t complete — they forgot a kids meal. We were told it would be brought out “right away,” but after almost 30 more minutes of waiting, we gave up and left to get food from McDonald’s, which was faster and more reliable.
The food we did get was not good — the hot dog was cold. On top of that, vulgar music was blasting, which is completely inappropriate for a restaurant, especially one that claims to be family-friendly. To make things worse, another customer stood there for 20 minutes waiting for a to-go order that was already sitting on the counter the entire time, while staff did nothing.
The only thing this place has going for it is the cheap prices, and even that doesn’t make up for the terrible service, ridiculous wait times, and total lack of organization. I won’t be back.

I loved the store as soon as I came in I was greeted and taken care of. For all you food lovers try the Cali dog! Omg im telling you its amazing! I would most definitely come here again. Smash Burgers wont let you down. Shout out to the cook and to the team who helped us today!
