We had such a great experience at Smash House! We ordered the crispy chicken tendies, dirty fries, Mexican salad, and a kids chicken finger meal, and everything was absolutely delicious. The food came out fast, fresh, and full of flavor. The ambiance was fun and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. You can tell they really care about the food and the customer experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Very disappointed with this location.
We’re regular customers at the Manhattan branches and were excited to try this one while in the area, but the experience fell far short of expectations. For $50 (two burgers and fries), the quality should be much better.

While the burgers tasted decent, the patties had a strange aftertaste and texture that made us question whether fillers were mixed into the meat. The biggest letdown, however, was the $2 each sunny-side-up egg add-on. Instead of being runny, as one would expect, the eggs were completely overcooked (see photo).

For the price, quality and execution matter. Unfortunately, this visit left us unimpressed—and we won’t be returning.

Wow! It’s been awhile since a restaurant has me saying that. Food was fantastic, place was packed on a Monday evening but even so food came in abt 5 min.

We had the Jalapeño Smash, Burger Salad and crispy onions, everything was fresh and delicious, we will most definitely be back.

Extremely disappointing experience. I paid a premium expecting a quality burger, but what I received looked and tasted like something from a school cafeteria—or worse, a prison tray (see photo). The patty was dry and flavorless, the bun was carelessly toasted, and the overall presentation was unacceptable.

To make things worse, every single add-on—even basic vegetables and sauces—came with an extra charge. It felt like they nickel-and-dimed me at every step. For the price, I expected much better. I won’t be coming back, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a proper burger meal

Got fries with nuggets on top, blooming onion, a double smash burger, and a burger salad.

The fries were the best thing. Great portion size.

Unfortunately the onion, while tasty, was quite raw and half of it was inedible. The inside was not cooked throughly, there was raw batter and flour all over.
The smash burger was okay- strange that they charge you extra for standard lettuce tomato onion. the burger definitely has some strange fillers or spiced added to it. it looked a little bit too orange.

burger salad was pretty much just a pizza store looking “salad” with a burger on top.

appreciated the short wait time, but I do wish that they took an extra few minutes on that raw onion.

All in all, solid food. probably not worth traveling for

Here’s a three-paragraph review:

Smash House Burger Joy is a game-changer! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The aroma of sizzling burgers and freshly baked buns filled the air, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. The moment my smash burger arrived, I was blown away by the perfectly seared patty, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

The flavors were expertly balanced, with a harmonious blend of savory, sweet, and tangy notes that complemented the rich beef patty. The toppings were generous and fresh, adding a delightful crunch and texture to each bite. Whether you’re a classic combo kind of person or an adventurous topping enthusiast, Smash House Burger Joy has something for everyone.

What truly sets Smash House apart is the joy they bring to the dining experience. The staff are warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, making it the perfect spot for a night out with friends or a casual date. If you’re a burger lover like me, do yourself a favor and get to Smash House Burger Joy ASAP – your taste buds will thank you!
