I really like burgers at Smalls sliders. They are just the right size for me and my daughter. And the waffle fries are very good. They are seasoned perfectly and I can’t taste any extra salt on them. Tony took my order and gave us great customer service. I would love some lettuce and onions on the sliders. I will definitely be going back again!

Went through the drive thru, hesitant, due to the reviews I read. We decided to give it a try anyways. It was so delicious !!! QUESO is a must! Fries were great and the perfect texture. We didn’t add any extras on our sliders due to the price increase, but the cheese, pickles, and smauce was so good.
My 4 yr old loved them too.
The lil guy taking our order was very kind. Definitely didn’t need to order but 2-3 sliders for the 2 of us. And I love their ice.

Lady working tonight was rude and had no customer service. Got my order completely wrong after having to repeat myself multiple times because she heard what she wanted to. Couldn’t even make a burger plain… just go right to sonic and not mess with the rude people and mediocre food here

So glad we slid on through on our way traveling home. I read the reviews before ordering and am very pleased with the results. Fries were seasoned to perfection. Food came out hot and fresh! The lady at the window didn’t seem to be in a good mood but the food was good.

Fried from frozen burger patty. Messed up my order by leaving things out so I had to go back. Then had to wait longer to get my original order so either they gave it to someone else or just thought they’d see if they could get away with it. Queso was barely more than rotel and Velveeta, definitely not worthy of the rave reviews! Come to Arkansas if you want ravable queso! Gave us 3 Ketchup packets for 2 combos so had to ask for more ketchup as well. Fries were just ok. Not worth a second trip. Did get free fries from the mix up but that didn’t make up for it. Greatly overpriced!

Yo, Tim! I didn’t and can’t forget you. This was my first time in West Monroe, LA. Man your spot (Smalls Sliders) was the first place I ate at. It will not be the last time I visit there. I was in town for a weekend visit. You came highly recommended. After eating the burgers I totally know why. But even before the food, your customer service blew me away. So comical and fresh, you made my experience great. The food was fantastic! More than expected from the word slider.

Burgers were tasty and fries were good. Queso was all right and portion seemed adequate to the price. Bathroom was clean and outdoor seating was comfortable and clean

This place seems more concerned about the drive-through than people they have for walk up orders. I stood at the window for about five minutes, and was getting ready to turn around and leave when a guy came up to the window and asked for my order.
When I was telling the guy my order, he got on his headset and spoke to somebody on the drive-through, that was really upsetting to me. If I was making an order and I was on the phone talking to somebody while I was talking to him back-and-forth that is just plain rude and not good customer service.
Eating here is only outside with a covered patio, not my favorite thing.
Otherwise, the burger was pretty good even though it came out wrong. They did corrected It.
I would not eat here again.

10/10 recommend!!! First day open and had to try it out. Line was backed up down Thomas rd but they were knocking out the orders quickly! Sat in line maybe 30 minutes. Got my order and drove home, all the food was steaming hot and very good. We will definitely be going back in the near future.
