You’re killing me smalls!!! It wasn’t that bad, the burgers are delicious, taste like they are flame grilled, and are just the right size. The waffle fries are some of the best I’ve had and the queso that comes with the fries is straight FIYA. Shakes are equally good if you are craving something sweet. I originally posted that there were issues with their menu board needing attention, their management team contacted me after I posted my review, and asked if I could provide more detail. Within 2 weeks after responding the menu board was fixed and everything updated. Smalls stands behind their product and that means everything to me as a consumer. Well done Smalls, well done.

I sat in the line for around 30 minutes, there were only 4-6 cars in front of me. My sliders were cold and I was given maybe 5-8 fries. Honestly a huge disappointment, I used to love coming to smalls after a long shift. Now I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I had a bad experience a few months ago, but thought would give it another try tonight. I am not one to complain. Well… I won’t be going back. The wait time was 20+ mins, the food was cold, sliders the cheese wasn’t even melted and very little smauce. I also was given the wrong drink.

I went through the drive through, my order was repeated back incorrectly.. so I repeated it. Get to the window and wait for 5 minutes so I assumed it would be fresh but what I received seemed like yesterday’s left overs made into a burger. It’s so thin that it’s literally just like crisp char scraped from the grill. It’s cold. It taste burnt. There’s no sauce. I’m very disappointed.

We had never heard of this chain before and needed a quick meal, so we tried it out. The service was very friendly. The food was fast, hot and fresh. Very good. Good portion sizes. There are a few picnic tables, but unfortunately no bathroom.

I will start off by saying this, it’s fast food that is not even remotely fast. Service is extremely slow. The staff was professional and polite. The burger was good and is similar in taste to a Freddie’s burger,however, it look like they just threw it in a box. Fries were salty.

I can tell you right now this review is only going to go downhill from here as I am still sitting in the line of the place in my 1st visit I have been here for 20 minutes and I am not even to the window yet.
Edit: Finally got my food after some trouble at the window with them retrieving my order in the computer and the food is actually very good I was surprised and satisfied with how good the food was although I must mark them down a little bit as well as a few of the sliders were not fully cooked on the inside there was several spots of bright pink meat on the inside most people would probably be upset about that I am as well but I usually do not mind meat a little pink on most things I eat. When you run a fast food mainstream place like this I believe you must ensure you cook everything thoroughly through. So I raised my review from 2 stars to 3 because Although the food was very tasty and I enjoying it I am still deeply unsatisfied with the way the drive-through worked when I was there and how long it took look and also the Burger is not being fully cooked.

Delicious! Drive-thru pace was fine, an employee walked out to order take in person to move things quicker. Loved the flavors, prices are fair and portion sizes are fair also, maybe a few more fries would be nice.
