Mothers Day owes me nothing! Smothered Chicken over Rice, sweet potatoes and their home brewed sweet lemon berry tea … WHAT? From start to finish this dish was everything!
I promise you. Go see them and tell them Elizabeth recommended them! They are one of the restaurants inside of the Revolving Kitchen and my personal favorite.
I ordered Togo for my house bound friend and a half gallon of that tea… she’s loving every bite and sip as well. Cheers!

I wanted to reach out and share my recent experience. I was genuinely looking forward to my meal and had already made up my mind to enjoy your food. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The food was unexpectedly tough and difficult to eat, which made the overall experience quite underwhelming.
I rarely have leftovers when I truly enjoy a meal, but in this case, I wasn’t able to finish much of it. I hate to say it, but I did not enjoy the food, and I don’t feel it met the standard I had hoped for.
Given the circumstances, I do feel a refund is appropriate and would appreciate your assistance with this matter.

The devil eggs are SOOO good and they look like cute cupcakes! I also had the brisket sandwich and a nice slice of chocolate cake. The food was AMAZING! The service is top tier! Mr. Jay’s service is wonderful as well. Thank you so much for flavorful and amazing food/service! Bless you

Smallest portions of sides I’ve ever had. Dry baked potato. No butter, no flavor. Ribs tasted warmed up. Everything did really. Not good at all. $50 down the drain

Great customer service the food was amazing 10 outta 10 it’s very flavorful well smoked meat and generous portions, I recommend the jalapeno corn bread & the croissants are butter and the ribs my husband loves the nacho fries .

I don’t even know where to begin.. I ordered the 2 Meat and 2 Side Combo for $19 and I was so impressed by how much food I got!
They threw in a complimentary tea as well! SO tasty and refreshing.
The sides were delicious, but the MEAT?! So flavorful and I didn’t need any sauce. Best BBQ I’ve had in a WHILE. I’ll be dreaming about those wings I just devoured until the next time I order which will be VERY soon.

The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender with a smoky, savory flavor that had me savoring every bite. The bacon jam eggs were a perfect surprise—rich, creamy eggs topped with sweet-and-savory bacon jam that added just the right pop of flavor. Every bite felt like comfort food done at a real home filled level. I’d come back just for those eggs alone!

I stopped by Smackin’ Smokehouse and let me tell you, those rib tips were tender and tasty! And let’s talk about those deviled eggs…10/10, they were creamy and I added shrimp!
The portions are great, the flavors are bold, and the staff is amazing. Yes, I met Miranda and Jay! ☺️ I’ll definitely be back to work my way through the rest of the menu!

Ordered the bologna sandwich, it had unlimited, up to 6 toppings.. received a greasy, soggy and flavorless hunk of bologna sandwich bread pudding. I submitted a ticket for help and eventually someone came to drop off the rest of my wife’s order and we asked him. He removed the sandwich and left, returning 15 minutes later telling me to give the kitchen a second chance; he let me know I ruined the sandwich myself for requesting all six toppings.
There is no warning in the order notes or server to advise that they are unable to accommodate all the toppings they offer. Next, a gentleman from the kitchen approached and told me to let them make the sandwich how they should (not mentioned on the menu). The bologna was flavorless , sandwich no seasoning.. we told him just plain didn’t enjoy their food. He argued that that’s just how their bologna comes and I made the sandwich soggy. Dude, we just did t like it, please take it off. I told him please get his manager if he cannot just refund.
They approached me and she now told me I ordered incorrectly. Now, I’m defensive is it some kind of pride? Have I been wrong my whole life and if I don’t like something it’s my mistake. Don’t offer it if you cannot do it? Right ? Am I crazy?
She refused to do anything at this point. So, I paid 11$ for 1 bite of a terrible sandwich. Honestly, the greasy oysters, sugar dumped beans and seasoning less canned greens. I only asked for money back for the sandwich. Good French fries.
Really, three layers of people blocking me from a simple refund . Other food vendors and staff at Revolving Kitchen, nice , delivered great food and drinks. Would recommend Revolving for others.

What a delicious experience! Rich flavorful flavors throughout. I had the Oxtails over mashed potatoes with a rich southern gravy. First bite was like WOW what am I tasting? The meat pulled off the bone, the potatoes were soft yet the right thickness and the gravy just set it all off. Second bite was YES I did not make a mistake…..Third bite was certified MAKE YOU WANNA SLAP YA MAMA good. My friend had the ribs, cabbage, sweet potatoes and jalapeño corn bread. Can I say Sunday dinner on a Wednesday night was diabolical!
What I can say is that EVERYTHING we had was absolutely delicious. We just got out of church this Mother’s Day 2025 and are heading back for a really Sunday Dinner Treat. Round 2 Smackin’ Smokehouse, here we come!
