We had an excellent meal at Smackers in Memphis! The Philly and Smash Burger were absolutely delicious full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The customer service was outstanding; the owner even came to check if we liked our food, which made us feel truly valued. This spot will definitely be our first stop when we return to Memphis. Highly recommend!

This is my 2nd time visiting & eating at Smackers but my 1st time at this location. I absolutely love their food. Due to the ice/snow storm they slightly limited on certain food but my home boy and I ordered a Turkey Burger but with the smack sauce etc and that thang was so damn good and the cajun fries. Definitely will continue to come back and eat here.

I normally get the a pasta plate from here, very tasty but this time I tried a brisket sandwich, I heard the staff asking around for slaw, when I received my sandwich I seen the slaw was missing so I asked if they had any slaw because my sandwich didn’t have any, the staff said they were out of slaw. I would have liked to have been told upfront! I proceeded to sit, waited for my sandwich to cool off because all food comes out smoking fresh hot, than I ate and finished my sandwich, after my sandwich was all gone than here comes the staff offering me a small portion of slaw, I told her I’ve already finished my sandwich. I would have liked to have ate my sandwich with all the ingredients it calls for or at least told up front that my food was going to be missing a key ingredient, as a customer why am I the one asking about the food they cooked if they knew they didn’t put any slaw on it.

Just discovered this eatery recently and went today for lunch. We had the Southwest eggrolls, side salad, onion rings, and fries. Everything was well prepared, the right temps, and delicious. The dining area was spotless, and the employees were extremely nice and helpful. Kevin J made us feel welcome and like we were family. And note, I rarely do reviews, but just couldn’t let this one slip by.

Ive been eating here every once in a while for the past few years and im proud of this place. Places like this usually open, become popular and people stop showing love or they just become inconsistent. This place is still amazing. Burgers fye, onion rings fye, wings fye, literally everything is a hit. Just tried the Southwest egg rolls for the first time and will not be my last.

Great tasting food and fairly good service. Staff may need a little customer service training. We tried their mozzarella sticks, fried pickels, veggie burger, double cheeseburger and their cheeseburger slider. Great temperature when it came out and delicious tasty food.

This spot was pretty cool! The food was very Good. The burger was flavored just right, the combination of flavors and sauce with the fried egg brought it all together. The spicy fries were so delicious. They had the right crunch to them. If you haven’t been there you have to try it !

Tried them for the first time today. Was fantastic! The caramel cake was SO GOOD! I had the smack burger with onion rings as well. Staff were lovely. Food was out in a reasonable amount of time. Great casual dining burger place.

My friend and I finally got a chance to try Smackers. When we got there, we ordered directly from the store tablet. We then sat down in some high chairs while we waited for our order. I just noticed how clean the restaurant is. The workers did a really good job with how clean the restaurant is. When the lady let us know that our food was ready, I couldn’t wait to open the bag. I ordered the Grilled Salmon Club with Spicy Fries, and my friend ordered the Grilled Chicken Pasta. The Grilled Salmon Club was absolutely amazing. The cajun remoulade just bought out all the flavors from the salmon, bacon, and cheese. The spicy fries were just okay nothing too special. I also tried a little of my friend’s Grilled Chicken Pasta. The pasta was okay but needed more sauce and less oil.

This was my first time to try this place. It seemed to good great when l walked in. Then ordered, after getting my order it was sad to see the shrimp that were so small. Fried too long, then had poop still in them. Even took coating off. Just look at this. I will try this place again because l have heard good things about them. But l do suggest you get larger shrimp, just don’t give as many.
