Tried Smack Daddy’s Pizza for the first time today and it absolutely did not disappoint. The pizza was perfectly prepared, incredibly flavorful, and you can truly taste the quality of the ingredients. The service was just as impressive! Friendly, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. It’s always nice to visit a place where both the food and the customer experience are clearly a priority. I am glad I decided to stop by and support this local spot. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious pizza and great service!

The point of ordering a pizza on a Sunday night, is to have something delicious and also relatively quick and easy. Our recent experience with Smack Daddy, was still delicious, but not quick or easy. It was ultimately a big waste of time. In the wasted hour, we could’ve ordered elsewhere or made a frozen pizza at home. On the evening of 1/18/2026, I ordered a pizza for pickup online. Their online order confirmation email says it will be ready in 25 minutes. My husband goes to pick up the pizza at the 30 minute mark. He walks in and no one is doing anything, no pizzas are being made. He says he’s there to pick up a pizza and one employee says they didn’t get an order, meanwhile another employee notes our order on the screen as she passes by. They offer to check him out, and in spite of his growing hanger, he pays for the pizza and even still gives them a nice tip. Because that’s the kind of guy he is. The staff didn’t offer any sort of option for a refund or compensation. Just a “yeah, it’s there on the screen, it just wasn’t made.”… So, he gets to wait there for another 25 minutes for them to make the pizza. He did finally get a weak apology as they handed him the delayed order.
At the end of the day, if it’s going to take an hour to make a pizza, that’s fine and they should just say that. This allows customers to plan their pickup time accordingly. Or if people should just call in an order vs ordering online, then get rid of the online order option. This is the second time we’ve had this issue with online orders. The first time we thought it was a fluke, but now it’s clear this is how they choose to do business. Smack Daddy’s is good pizza, but there are many other good pizza places in Longmont. If you’re wanting something fast, easy, and upfront about how long it takes them to make a pizza, you might consider a different option. I can only imagine what would’ve happened had we asked for delivery…2 + hours later.

I’ve tried every pizza in the Longmont area and this place has the best base for a pizza. The sourdough crust is amazing. It’s soft and quality it doesn’t leave an uneasy feeling after you eat it like dominoes or Pizza Hut or any of the other National pizza chains. I had the super meatball and thought it was the pizza I’ve had since living in Longmont!

The first time we ordered the southern belle it was so good. This time it looked like someone threw a few pickles on a crumble sausage pizza. It was dry and unappetizing. We picked up on time and the pizza was cold. Had a few other pizzas we were disappointed in but decided to give them another chance . Not going back. See what they advertise and what we got. Right pic is what’s on the site with good size pieces of chicken and pickles spread out. Left is what we got. Can’t see any of the dried up meat whatever was on it.

We stopped by on our way through town. We picked this place specifically because they carry the Sweet Escapes gluten free pizza crust and it did not disappoint. I ordered a gluten free pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. I would definitely go back.

Delicious, I loved everything!! Very satisfied, this is a great little spot for pizza. Small, medium, large pizza sizes available. Wings and pizza were full of flavor. Loved it. I ordered two small custom pies and wings with the honey sauce for pickup. Everything was made to perfection and my order was ready on time. The staff was friendly, I will be back for more.

I have enjoyed a lot of good, hot pizza from smackdaddy pizza. Unfortunately I have not had hot, good pizza from smackdaddy in a long time. From messed up orders to lost tickets, the overall experience has fallen off. I will just get a Costco pizza next time. I love pizza and I am sorry to have to leave a bad review for a place that I used to recommend to almost everyone. Save, yourself the time, money and hassle. This is not worth it. Do not pre tip!!! Tip after you get your order!!!

SmackDaddy is my only place I will get pizza from in Longmont, period. Great food and better staff. They make you feel like family when you walk in to pick up a your order. They may be hidden away, but well worth finding them Actually they are easy to find so go order and pick it up. Be ready to be amazed.

Good spot. Dough could have been a little more sour imo but very good nonetheless. With all the mixed reviews I was excited going in but staff were very nice and helpful. With a coupon in hand it’s hard to beat.
