Popular spot with local youth and students. Prices are moderate, not high. Quality is good. I just felt for a NY / Long Island good ramen shop this place is lacking selection. Worth a visit.

Decent spot with friendly staff. I got the Miso ramen, it had a good amount of flavor but unfortunately the broth wasn’t hot just barely warm despite it just coming out. There wasn’t too much broth in the bowl so that could be the reason why. It also felt like it was missing something. We waited quite a long time for the food. I’ll eventually give them another try.

Love the vegan spicy ramen!! I’m always craving it! And the veggie tempura baos are mouthwatering!! I always add a few extra chilly oil and take soy sauce and seasoning from the back to give it an extra kick. Absolutely devour the food from here everytime! Love that I can easily get vegetarian or vegan options. We confirmed and all their noodles are vegan. Love this place!! Luckily they have a small parking lot too! And an ice cream shop for desert just behind the shop! Can’t get better!

The service was perfect. The people being the counter have great interpersonal skills and they’re visually interesting. The food is almost always fantastic. On this particular visit, it fell a bit short. The chicken was cooked, it was ok to eat, but the breading looked pasty and pale, with only a few edges browned, and there was a higher ratio of fat to meat than usual. I hope it was just an off day, as I love Slurp and count on it’s usual high quality.

Outstanding. The ramen is rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care — you can taste the quality in every bite. The broth is deep and satisfying, the noodles are perfect, and the portions are generous.
The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. Easily one of the best spots in Port Jeff for comfort food. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Beside ramen, some other menu available. So I visit even though I don’t like Japanese ramen. The people are kind and helpful but the food is not right for me. All menu I tired are very sweet and salty. To make balance, I ordered a rice additionally, but still I couldn’t make it. It’s very first time I left food because I can not finish. If I have a chance to visit this restaurant again, then I will add some more veggies and spices. The atmosphere and services are comfortable and enchanted.

My friends and I were there a few days ago, believing that we had time to dine-in and eat our ramen. However, minutes after ordering to dine-in, we realized that our ferry was sooner than we originally realized and we had to shift our order to go. The staff there was immediately able to change our order and got our food out to us in five minutes – making sure we got to the ferry in time. A huge shoutout to the staff there, and the ramen was great!

First time enjoying a meal at this restaurant. Overall, quick, easy and delicious. Crowded but nice atmosphere.

Nice spot in a shopping center with parking in front. The soy sauce ramen with fried chicken tasted average. The soup base was watery & not much texture as a Ramen soup should be.
Our group of 10 rode 52 rides from Lake Success to indulge in a bowl of ramen. Majority opinion was good or average, not great.
Our high expectations fell short today. Likely need to try a different dish on future visit to be fair.
