Gluten free choices and a great atmosphere! It was such a great place to have an extended lunch to catch up with my friend. The manager and the server were attentive and checked in without making us feel like we had to leave. It was the best lunch. Great food and great service. Highly recommend! I didn’t get the bread since I’m GF but my friend did. I thought the bun was cool.

The only place I have ever gotten Burnt Ends that were what I’d hoped for. So many places give you chewy steak bites basically. The barbecue sauce was so sweet and sticky and just perfect! The potato salad was a little mustardy I thought, but when I tried it I loved it. The potatoes are not too big, so you get a lot of the good stuff. You have to try the Fried Bread Pudding. The Key Lime Pie was good, but I forgot to say no whipped cream so I can’t really judge. Not bad though. The waitress was really cool and responsive, and the owner came by to chat for a while. We sat outside. Really nice experience. Looking forward to going back.

As a chef and restaurateur with 30 years of industry experience, I can confidently say this establishment deserves a much higher rating. The wings were exceptional—perfectly seasoned with a balanced dry rub, expertly crisped, and finished with just the right amount of smoke. I opted for the sampler to test the range of the menu, and every item delivered.
Barbecue is a notoriously difficult craft to master, but this team is doing it right. With great food, attentive service, and very reasonable pricing, this is a local gem worth supporting. I’m glad I bypassed the larger chains like Ford’s Garage for this authentic experience. Don’t miss out.

The brisket was amazing. Tender and flavorful. The baked beans were very good, though the greens were a bit lacking. My husband had the ribs- they were fall off the bone tender. Good portion sizes with a giant cup of tea. They weren’t really that busy, the service was a little slow, but servers have side jobs they’re responsible for, so I don’t really blame her. There’s tvs with all manner of sports, so if you don’t like noise, you should probably avoid this restaurant.

Met the owner who was very nice and explained the Chipotle sauce which is good or I would have never tried it as typically not a fan but it was awesome and our favorite. Ribs were super good and tender. Will go again and highly recommend.

Food was good. Pretty decent price for the amount of food. The combo platter is awesome to.get a little bit of everything.

Fantastic meal! The BBQ was excellent and our server was too. (The atmosphere was very loud due to a boy’s sports team – otherwise it would have been 5 stars all the way.)

First visit to the Viera location. Had the taste for brisket and decided to head over to Slow & Low in Viera. I’ve eaten from the Cocoa Beach location before and wish they had a South Melbourne / North Palm Bay area location. I had the Brisket Sandwich with Fried Okra and Mac & Cheese (Homestyle). I split the sandwich to make it open face so that I could use (2) of their BBQ sauces. One was a mustard based, and the other was vinegar based, and they both were delicious! As much as I love BBQ, I don’t get a chance to eat it as much as I’d like because there aren’t many really good BBQ places here in the area… at least that I know of! I’m still open to finding other BBQ spots.

Another visit, but this time, it was a bit disappointing. After this visit, I had to question whether or not my brisket was actually brisket!?!? I had recently read a review or two that just so happened to mention the same possible observation, but I didn’t take them seriously. I now have to reconsider… seriously! Having to be a brisket fan, I really got a pot roast flavor and consistency… I don’t think it was brisket, and I even had to take away a star in rating, sorry. I’ll def try them again if not for anything else but to see if the next brisket sandwich is actually brisket, and I hope for better results, but if not, on to the next! *(Pix are from my very 1st visit, which was brisket!)

Back again and no complaints! Everything was on point!
I got greedy and tried the Combo Platter! Whoa! It made me realize I’m not young anymore because my eyes were bigger than my stomach, and I had to tap out… but it made for some delicious leftovers!
