I ended up grabbing two lattes this morning and enjoying the winter ambiance of Weymouth. This cafe is located right next to a cinema, down the street from South Shore Hospital.
For those who like to work from their laptop at cafes, this location is not a cafe where you can work from. This small storefront has very good latte, tea, and coffee options as well as a few food options such as breakfast sandwiches, bagels, and chaffles. For those who have celiac disease (like myself), this cafe does not have any gluten-free options – but don’t let that stop you from trying one of their lattes or drink options.
This morning I tried a tiramisu latte and a peanut butter latte. The tiramisu latte was very good and had a good balance of coffee and the flavoring. I would rate this latte an 8.5 out of 10 based on the appearance, flavor, and size. Regarding Tiramisu lattes, it was one of the better ones that I’ve tried.
The peanut butter latte was also pretty good; however, I feel it could’ve had a little more coffee or peanut butter flavor. I felt as if it were like drinking almond milk after eating a peanut butter sandwich. I didn’t really get the peanut butter flavor until after I was finishing the latte and got to the cold foam.
Overall, this cafe was a cute find and would be amazing for a warm day if you planned on walking around Weymouth!
That said, 100% not the place for laptop work – in the summer they do have small tables outside but not meant to work on. This is more a place to come for a chat with a friend – though it does get crowded so be aware of that and in the winter they put up their small outside tables.
I ordered the peanut butter (50%) with oat milk, and honestly, I’ve never had coffee this good before. The flavor was smooth, unique, and absolutely delicious — a real standout compared to other coffee spots I’ve tried.
Overall, I love the atmosphere and the amazing coffee. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to often!
The tiramisu latte was outstanding—perfectly topped with cocoa powder just like a real tiramisu dessert. I’m already looking forward to my next one! The everything bagel was decent, but the highlight was the homemade blueberry cream cheese, which had a wonderfully authentic blueberry taste without being overwhelming. The double cheese bacon sandwich was okay; we chose the spicy option, but it lacked a bit of flavor and was heavy on cheese, which made it hard to taste much else.
Overall, I highly recommend the coffee here—it’s definitely worth a try!
