Came in here to relax after celebrating both of my brothers birthday! It was a blast. Our waiter gave great recommendations for cigars and even brought my brother a drink when he accidentally inhaled while smoking a cigar. We had a fun time all around!

I’ve always had a pleasant time here and never had any issues until today. I walked in just after 2 to have a cigar and drink with my wife… there were two people working and they told me she would not be ready until 4p, they open at 12p … I also asked if they had a cigar I’ve bought there a few times and the guy said they don’t carry it, then tried to back pedal when I told him I’ve purchased it there and at the Portsmouth location… just a bummer since I’ve spent a lot of money on cigars and have been there a lot… I couldn’t find a manager’s contact info, otherwise I would have reached out directly.

George is the man. Always has a smile on his face and makes me and my buddy feel like we’re the only ones in the room. Service is unparalleled. Drinks and smokes are always fantastic, and the lounge is exactly what you’d want to have an enjoyable smoke. Relaxing, good easygoing environment. Been here a few times with no issues when we had male bartenders. The last time we had a female bartender and she was horrible! She charged almost $200 for 2 drinks that we never asked for (something that expensive obviously.) Took completely advantage and thought she was funny… Sadly we will never be back because of her. The owners definitely need to work with their employees to teach them how to keep customers, not chase them away!

I had two amazing cigars and a beer paired for me by the bartender, George. Wonderful conversation with George and the other patrons. Large selection of cigars and drinks to go along with them. Take the time to enjoy the bar, the aesthetic rocks and it’s not snooty or unapproachable like some bars. Even if you don’t smoke, give the bar a chance, and say hi to George for me

The Slow Burn Lounge in Dover has become a regular part of our week, and the most comfortable atmosphere for someone new to the area.
