We hosted a welcome party for about 50 of our friends and family at Slopeside Grill, and it was the perfect way to kick off our wedding weekend.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and did an amazing job making sure everyone always had a drink in hand. With a group our size, that’s no small task, but they handled it effortlessly and made everyone feel welcome.

The live music created the perfect backdrop for the evening and really set the tone for the celebrations ahead. Slopeside has been a long-time favorite spot for our family, so it meant a lot to share it with friends and family who traveled from Kansas City and beyond.

We’re so grateful to the team at Slopeside for helping us start our wedding festivities in such a fun and memorable way!

My family and I enjoyed everything here. We ordered wings, burgers, chicken tenders and all of it was great. The service and vibe was a great experience. It was nice to watch the skiers as we ate. Just a heads up when you go, you seat yourself and then go up to the register to order. Staff was friendly. No complaints.

When I recommend pizza to visitors, this is my go to place. The pizza dough has a faint hint of beer batter that goes surprisingly well with their ooey gooey oh so yummy cheese

Located right at the bottom of the mountain, you can easily ski in for lunch or dinner.

Food is great here. I’m sorry that I didn’t get pictures of the food. However, the location at the base of the mountain is excellent if you happen to have lodging nearby or want fun/good access for aprés. It attracts locals and tourists, which is sways s good sign. Burgers are delicious and service is friendly. Even though we were there during Presidents Day Weekend we were treated well and responsively. I am certain is not a favorite weekend for staff. Follow the signs and use the QR code for the menu and then order at the bar. It us a chill spot with TVs for sports and not as expensive as most places in Steamboat or other mountain towns.

Typical resort food, which would be just average and somewhat pricey for what you get. The one upside and the reason for giving a 4-star rating over a 3-star is the white bean chicken chili, which was amazingly done and just delicious. Overall the food is not bad with good, friendly service, and at a great people/mountain viewing location slopeside. But really, come here for the chili. Oct 2021

Good bar food and great location for taking a break from the slopes. We visited just before ski season kicked in, so super quiet. I’m sure two weeks later it would have been packed. Would visit again next time we’re in town.

A convenient location for skiers as it’s at the base and is ski-in, ski-out, but even for a mountain restaurant it wasn’t great. It was overly hectic at lunchtime. The pastrami on the Reuben was super fatty and salty. You have to get up to place your order but they deliver the food to you.

Great pizza and beer ! The payment process is a little weird (food and drinks are paid separately, and there is no table service), but beyond that, it’s a fabulous “slope side” place for food and drinks! I’d highly recommend the pizza.

Great relaxed family environment. Everyone having fun. Views were stunning and atmosphere you cannot buy. The Western burger was good and sweet potato fries best I have ever had. Only strange thing was plastic bear glass instead of glass, but beer was still very good. The service was excellent and could not have been better. This place is on my highly recommend list. When in Steamboat you should give it a try.
