My husband and I came to visit Glenwood springs and this was our first time at this restaurant.
Not all tacos are the same! These tacos are definitely unique. My husband ordered the chimchurri beef tacos and they were VERY good! Lots of flavor and the added fried egg is a great touch. Tacos also come with chips and salsa, which is a plus!
I ordered the grilled margarita shrimp tacos and they were not up to par. The shrimp was very bland, especially after tasting how much flavor the steak tacos have. The toppings were waaay too much. It was a very messy taco. Unfortunately I would not recommend this taco to anyone and it was a let down because I really love shrimp. I ate one and left the other. Also, there is very limited seating! And if you’re stuck sitting next to the door, it doesn’t fully shut and you get a gust of cold breeze.

On our monthly date night we decided to give Slope and Hatch. The food is good, although the brisket was a little dry. The menu is very diverse. The dining space is super small and not really accommodating to large groups. This place is definitely a dine and run kind of place. There’s not enough space to really linger and hang out. This is more of a place you order takeout from. Maybe we will try that next time.

Came up for a short work trip and stopped in with coworkers who had an amazing experience previously and couldn’t stop dreaming about the food they had last time.
Food came out fast and hot, the Jerk Chicken tacos were delicious, and the Paloma hit the right spot. I will definitely be back when I’m in town next.

Found this place on our drive to the mountains. Cozy and friendly with a cool vibe. I can only speak to the Thai curry vegetable tacos which I ordered on lettuce wraps; they were delicious. The veggies weren’t overcooked and the curry sauce had just enough of a kick.
Others in my party got the Chicago Dog and Big Mac dog and gave rave reviews. Lots of great lagers and IPAs on tap too.

One of the Fly-Fishing guides recommended this eatery. At first glance, it is a storefront next to a parking lot, and has some outdoor seating.
The food was surprisingly good, not overly seasoned but well prepared. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the plates were ample (two people could easily share them). The tacos were great, and the other meals (and hot sauce) were awesome.
We were there for a quick lunch before heading home, and it was a great recommendation!

This is the best Mexican food in Glenwood springs!! Tacos were soo fresh n portion size was perfect for 2 people. Don’t miss the fried shrimp po’boy n jerk chicken with pineapple salsa….it’s heaven!!

These tacos are quite large, about the size of your palm, and absolutely delicious! We ordered takeout and it was ready quickly. The asada was incredibly juicy and flavorful, and the generous portion size made for a very satisfying meal. Even though the restaurant was packed with people, the staff were incredibly efficient, churning out orders with skill, which was impressive.
You can easily get here by just crossing a small bridge from the Glenwood Springs hot springs. Grabbing your tacos to go and enjoying them at a nearby pub’s outdoor seating is also a great option. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious. We had the brisket nachos, tacos and hot dog. Everything was great and the brisket was so moist and flavorful! Portions were above expectations as well.

We were driving through the Glenwood Springs area, and stopped for dinner. Found the typical pub restaurants and stumbled upon this gem. Great customer service, friendly staff and DELICIOUS FOOD. I had the grilled fish tacos, husband had the lamb curry tacos. We split the Cajun fries – and had way too much food, but dang was all of it delicious!! Will 1000% come back if we are ever in the area again. Honestly we were trying to convince people on the sidewalk to eat here, it was that great.
Only con, inside dining is small. But who cares, ya know.
