Great gem in small town Kansas. Loved the brisket and sides. Stayed around an extra 30 minutes just to try the ribs…worth the wait. Ribs have a myriad of flavors. Believe I may have tasted some maple. Worth the trip!

Not a bad item on the menu. The wife absolutely loves the patty melt. $1.50 cans of beer and their smoked meats are a delectable treat for the taste buds. If you’re not hungry you will be when you smell the fresh BBQ.

The ribs were pretty good with just the dry rub. They offered other things besides ribs like burgers or chicken sandwiches homemade potato chips and french fries. The place was pretty busy when we were there and the customer service was excellent.

This was a nice place to stop. We came in as a huge group so I know it was difficult to help us all. I also know they were notified ahead of time we were coming in numbers! The staff was slow but that can be expected with the huge group. But a neat place and the food was good
