Good pizza in Delmar is, for us, hard to find consistently. Every pizzeria has good days and off days but our experience has been that a pizza from the same place on one day are great and the next seem like totally different crust, sauce and cheese is being used.
As a result, we tend to sample a lot of different pizzas.
Recently we tried Station Pizzeria. Overall we were quite pleased the food which consisted of cheese pizza, a broccoli and ricotta white pizza and cheese calzone (okay, not actually a pizza”.
The white pizza had a generous amount of broccoli florets and a reasonable amount of ricotta. The flavor was full without being too salty or garlicky.
The cheese pizza tasted not as we expected, but after 3 bites we were all in.
The only detractor was the crust. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either. I’ll put it this way, there was nothing so special about the crust as would tempt us to consume calories eating it. It seemed formulaic without any sense of originality.
The cheese-ricotta pizza tasted good. In this case there was a flourish of searing on the crust which would have been nice to have on the pizzas.
Overall, the food was satisfying and we will return.

Fantastic Experience at Slingerland Station Pizza & Deli!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Slingerlands Deli, where I tried their Chicken Bacon Ranch and Chicken Margarita pizzas. Both were absolutely delicious! The flavours were rich and satisfying, making for a delightful meal.
The restaurant’s atmosphere is beautiful, creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect during my visit.
Additionally, I was impressed by how quickly my order was prepared. The short wait time made it easy to enjoy a great meal without any hassle.

There are very few places in Delmar that make such delicious pizza! The dough is perfect, and the ingredients are plentiful and very fresh. The service is especially fast, and the staff are incredibly friendly. This was my first time at this shop, but it truly exceeded my expectations. From now on, I will wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat pizza in Delmar.

The family running the pizzeria were very nice. The pizza does not taste good. The sauce has a poor flavor, too little sauce is on the pizza and the dough isn’t quite right… is stiff like a hard cookie. Pepperoni is not baked to brown on the pizza. Buffalo chicken pizza was dry, no blue cheese or celery on it and the crust was hard. Very poor quality and flavorless. They would benefit by learning pizza and sauce making from an Italian or someone experienced in pizza making otherwise their business will fail. The parking lot is terrible… it’s shared with another business… you pull in at an angle… and have to turn around to get out.

Very disappointed in the food. The person who answers the phone doesn’t speak very good English. I have repeated my order three times.
I got my pizza and it looked like someone set something heavy on the pizza box and I open it and all the toppings were stuck to the box. Called them they were going to remake it. Said the were going to have it delivered waited over an hour. Called back they said I was going to pick it up!!!! I said no it was a delivery!!!!! Got my pizza and now it is cold! I am done with this place!!!!!

The pizza has an excellent crust that is thin at the center and chewy at the edge. I had the broccoli ricotta and the Asian BBQ Chicken Pizza (the sign above the pizza case says “Asian BBQ”, vegetarians take note that it has chicken on it); the broccoli ricotta was nice and light with the broccoli chopped nice and small with perfectly-sized dollops of ricotta, but the five star stand-out was definitely the Asian BBQ Chicken. They load it with chicken. Ask for a side of the sauce to drizzle on top for maximum flavor!

Pizza was made from a slab of pre made dough aka cardboard toppings had no flavor sauce was different didn’t like it and 23ish bucks no buono will not be getting that again
Stromboli reminded me of something from a freezer in a supermarket n the fried mushrooms were ok but came with no dipping sauce so I used the one from the Stromboli n it wa s a red sauce of not good flavor…wish it was good but not at all ..find another pizza place and if you guys are reding this make your own dough at leastits not that hard we have the best water here for it or buy it done

We ordered a 12″ roast beef and turkey sub and large pepperoni pizza. While waiting for the pizza, I decided to order garlic knots. When the cashier gave us the bag, she said here are your French fries. At that time, we could not wait for garlic knots to cook. We left. At home the sub on one half had meat very little. We have not been there in a while. This was a disappointment.
