I will most definitely be back for the cherry cheesecake jars, 5 stars on that one! I ordered the chicken and waffles, they were very fresh but overall lacking flavor. The chicken, waffles and the syrup were very bland. My kids got meals here as well, the portion sizes were good but the prices seemed a little steep for a fast food kids meal.

I don’t really write Google reviews but I had to today!!! I had the best interaction with Tearra. She was so kind and polite when taking my payment. I had told her I had just gotten my lab work done because we are having a baby next month and we were just chatting. The sweet girl at the second window (who I didn’t get her name sadly) was also so kind. She asked me politely to pull forward so my fresh okra could finish up cooking so I did. Quickly after I pulled up, my meal was out and Tearra brought it to me with a BROWNIE! I was so pleasantly surprised because you don’t get service like that normally even at a sit down spot. She wished me a safe and healthy delivery which meant so much to me. Thank you so much to the gals in the drive thru today and a special thank you to Tearra who made my day. We will be back again not only because the tasty food but also the amazing service. 🙂

The chicken is absolutely fresh every time we go to Slim chickens. It is not greasy and the meat is so fresh and juicy. They offer white gravy for dipping sauces and I absolutely love it. Growing up in the Midwest, cream or white gravy was a must have on your plate. Also, the best fried mushrooms I have ever ate. They have a convenient drive-through and you do have to wait a few minutes for your food, but your food is absolutely fresh. I love eating here And will definitely continue to come back.

I was part of the process of constructing Slim chickens multiple locations so I was kind of excited to try it, but let me tell you this food is absolutely horrible. The bread they gave you sucks all it is just bread with a bunch of butter on it. The chicken itself is not good my toddler all he eats anywhere we go is chicken. He didn’t even eat two bites of his chicken. He took a bite and said dad this is nasty. The wife was upset because she broke her diet to eat there. I got some chicken wings that were super dry. I asked him for a side of dry rub which they don’t give, but the chicken just didn’t have no flavor at all. I also don’t think that it’s cool or OK for a place to try to buy reviews from people. Most of the reviews are probably because they offer you free stuff and they’re telling you to give them a review so you can get a free chocolate brownie. This place hurt my stomach immediately I had to use the restroom before i even finished my foos. sitting on the toilet in there feels like there’s a pipe bomb going on on the bottom of you. The plumbing in this place is horrible and for being the area that its in and being a brand new location it’s absolutely trash in the restroom. Disgusting. Feels like the toilet is gonna blow up underneath you. But on a positive note, Nicole was very excited about her job. She was very helpful and very nice and polite.. I also got a side of lemon pepper and I don’t even know what it was. It was like frozen gelatin places like this shouldn’t even exist.
Just go to canes it’s way better. Everything about canes is better than this place. Nice try though Slim.

This is our 3rd time here and probably our last! The wings shrank! The picture is next to my small for his age 11 year old hand. Thats how small they were! Not only that the wings are sooooo dried out I couldn’t even chew mine! The tenders also shrank! For the price I paid this was soo not worth it! If I had the time ans energy I would have went back for a full refund. I dont live close!

It’s “ok” not great. Fries don’t need the seasoned don’t care for it n bread doesn’t need heavy on garlic taste, cheese would be great. Garlic made it seem something you eat at a pasta place. Didn’t pair well w chicken. Gravy can be more peppery n better. Love dipping sauce variety..Customer service was excellent n welcoming. Love the brownies n smiling faces. I loved the soft waffle w chicken tenders. Love the self serve fresh lemonade n teas also. So ill be back for chicken n waffle, lemonade tea n free brownie n the great service n spotless dining area

The owners are really great guys, food is outstanding My daughter (who is a HUGE Canes fan) actually said this chicken is better and their sauces! I love that they have so many options to choose from. There is something for everybody here. The staff is on point with customer service. A must try place for you and your family!

A must try we ordered 2 Mac and cheese kids meals $11.98 the 6 wing meal fries and buttery toast $13.69, I got the 3 chicken strips and 3 wings 13.69 and a side of crispy fried okra and fried mushrooms $5.89 each. I really wanted the sweet tea but they were out of it our wait time to order was maybe 10 minutes they only had 1 cashier so I took some time our food was brought out in less than 10 minutes. The kids Mac and cheese I wish the portion was a little bit larger my grandson who’s 8 ate it pretty fast the fries were crispy and hot he loved the buttery toast! My 3 & 3 meal the tenders were hot tender not dry the best! The wings were dry I got the honey barbecue my husband agreed on the wings being dried out. The orkra is the best they were hot fried and delicious the mushrooms were a little salty. The dipping sauce selection was good try the cayenne ranch it has a great kick to it. They gave me a scratch card for my next visit it was 10% off we’d go back just for the chicken tenders! And I didn’t get the dessert jar but that’s on my next visit!

I ordered the spicy tenders with fried okra, and a cherry coke. The chicken was very good, it was decently spicy but not too hot. I like the lighter breading compared to some chicken tenders. Unfortunately the chicken was the only good part of the meal. The fried okra had no flavor whatsoever. It wasn’t even salted. The toast had an off taste. The cherry coke also tasted very watered down, to the point you could barely taste it. I’ll definitely give them another chance, the chicken was good enough to earn that. Hopefully I can update my review to be a little better next time.
