This is my first time trying Slim Chickens and I am proud to shout out Russel and his amazing customer service! He greeted us with the warmest smile the moment we walked in the door! He was happy to offer us a thorough tour of their menu and all of his recommendations were top notch! To add, Russel is an amazing manager at this location, his attention to detail, care for his guests and his team is noticed! We were checked on to ensure our food came out to quality and everything was hot and fresh! And we didn’t leave without their strawberry cheesecake in a jar and you get to keep the glass jar when you buy one! ☝

It’s clear that the team there genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. I recently visited Slim Chickens and had a great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service from trayvaughn and michael. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. They made sure my order was correct and checked in to see if I needed anything else, which made the whole visit feel very comfortable and appreciated.

So I order a 7 piece which isn’t cheap and they count the tiniest pieces as whole pieces? One even looks like it came off another tender! We stopped coming here a while back and got hungry with our busy day. Now I remember why we stopped in the first place.

The food at Slim Chickens is consistently great, with tender chicken and delicious sauces. I especially recommend the fried mushrooms—they’re a standout side. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect and I had to go back in, then clarify the correct order several times despite it being simple. The wait ended up being longer than I would have liked, and I noticed several younger staff members just standing around instead of helping. Overall, the food is excellent, but the service could definitely be more attentive and efficient

Usually the food is fine but unfortunately after an Uber Eats delivery I found a metal screw at the bottom of my Slim’s Salad. Luckily I did not bite into or swallow it but hopefully the restaurant sees this and looks into the matter to ensure whatever has loose screws gets replaced.

Place has gone to literal crap! Website and app doesn’t work most of the time. Calling in an order and you get some one at some sort of call center instead of the actual restaurant. Then once you get there the order isn’t ready… 20 minutes after you even placed the order. Then after you get your order like 40min later it’s still not correct. So now they have to fix it and you wait even longer!! Absolutely ridiculous.. And this isn’t the first time it’s happens ether.. I’ve kept going back in hopes they have fixed their issues only for it to happen yet again.. This is the last time..I definitely won’t be back to a slims ever again.

My fries were cold as ice and my wrap too, even though I waited at the drive through window for at least 10 minutes they obviously had made it before I got there. I guess I was waiting so I would think they just made it? Please for that price the wrap should be bigger, it was so small.
