First time here from out of town. Enjoyed my salad with crispy tender chickens and honey mustard. Service was quick and super cordial! Shake was a yummy flavor light and not too sweet. Hubby got the 3 and 3 with the dry rub cayenne and tenders were crispy and tenders. Will be a repeat customer thank you!

Great food but an employee completely ignored us at the register she was busy chit chatting with her friends at a table. She even made eye contact with me, she was an older black women, she was facetiming someone while at the register also before that. Had to wave a employee from the back that was making orders, to help give us to-go boxes. She also left the register completly empty one of the younger employees at the back had to come to the front to help at the register when more customer came. The 2 younger employees were really helpful and nice.

I absolutely LOVE Slims chicken! Not only are the tenders hot, fresh and juicy but the staff is incredible! I felt very welcomed and taken care off by all the staff, from the kind lady that took my order made sure everything came out to my liking and the cooks making my food checking on me to make sure i was satisfied with my order. Slims chicken truly does provide great service and amazing QUALITY food.

What a spectacular failure. A far cry from other slim chickens I’ve been to. Incredibly greasy sandwich. Incredibly greasy and chewy fries.
Third time I’ve been to this one and the third time their shake machine has been down.
When I tried to redeem my birthday dessert in a jar, they acted like I personally attacked them when I didn’t buy anything else.
I likely won’t be stopping here again if I don’t have to. I’d rather just wait till I’m in Dallas and go to one of the better locations.

Would rate 0 stars this was my first ever trying Slim chickens I walked in about 9:10 the menu screen were turned off the cashier Dasia was RUDE with her tone of voice I felt unwelcome I should of walked out then I order my food around 9:18 my wife got her food around 9:30 i was sitting there waiting for mine to come just thinking they are behind since our food did not come out together like it should have since it was all one order my wife was waiting till I got my food to eat comfortably it NEVER CAME OUT. When we went to go ask what’s going no on with the order around 9:50 everyone looking at each like they don’t know what is going on we are the only ones in the Lobby dinning in the whole time there was no one else there the cashier said “ I didnt bring it out ?” Looking confused they offer to MAKE IT then but it was 10 mins before they closed now and I’m annoyed cause I have waited and wasted over 30mins waiting on a 4 pc of chicken!! Would not recommend horrible service horrible experience!

There is extremely very little difference between here and any other chicken place. They have pretty much the same items as anybody else. The only thing that is different is the waffle is shaped like Texas.

The drive-thru is soo slow. We ordered food online and sat in the driveway way too long for just fast food. I wish we hadn’t even bothered because I would’ve gotten out of line had I not paid.

We haven’t been here in a while. I was disappointed to hear that they no longer had coleslaw.
The food took 18 minutes before we got it. It was hot and fresh and tasted good.
Most of the tables were not wiped off, and the floor was sticky.
The lady that took our order was very friendly, though.
