This slim chickens has no clue what they’re doing. Every time I go to this specific slims, I’m missing an item or its just poor quality. Ordered some potato salad and I guess they were running low so they topped the dish up with what appears to be dish water, idk, it’s foul. Straight up throwing money away to spend it here. Check out the pics of runny potato hell. And listen, I have to imagine it’s an owner issue. I’ve never seen a staff member twice turnover is so bad, and wouldn’t you know, quality hasn’t improved with new staff. Hey boss, pretty sure that means you’re the problem as manager/owner. I love slim chickens but this one doesn’t deserve a dime.

Ordered from the location 6 minutes from my house when arrived it was shockingly cold to the point of not able to eat it. Glad I spent $20 and barely got any fries(which were ICE cold) and rock hard toast that even my dog wouldn’t eat.

Food was good this time but how hard is it to follow the order!? Shorted two sauces, that I paid extra for. I always have issues with this location. Last time I got a salad there the lettuce was rancid and I had a hair in my sauce. I’m not very pleased with this location and nothing was done the last time. Some people have limited time to grab lunch during work and I really didn’t think I had to double check my order. I would advise you do so if you order from store #0032. I understand it’s just sauce, but I want what I paid for.

third stop on seeing whos got the best chicken tenders..and also got chicken wings as well..the chicken tenders while not the most flavorful we had tried..they were however fresh and juicy and seasoned ok..the fries were good..the chicken wings were very good..the Big Dill chicken sandwich was good..service was great

I had a very unpleasant experience. My fries had a hair in them, and one of my wings still had feathers on it. On top of that, the chicken wasn’t fully cooked. This shows a clear lack of hygiene and attention to food preparation.
I really hope the restaurant improves its quality control, because this experience was far from what I expected

First and last time here. I waited for 20 minutes in the lobby after placing my order before finally asking for a refund. The staff seemed to be falling on their faces trying to get orders out. Numerous other customers standing and sitting with no food in front of them. I hope they are able to improve their service but I will not be back to find out if they do.
UPDATE: After saying that they would refund me my money, they charged my credit card anyways. I called the store and was told that they would not be able to help me. That is okay, Goldman-Sachs and Mastercard are taking care of it on my behalf with a charge back.

I only rate 5 because MeeMaw used to hook it up and provide full service.
Within the last year the company got EXTREMELY stingy with the sauces and started serving smaller tenders and sometimes a little nub of chicken as a “fourth” tender in a 4 piece meal.
MeeMaw giving a free sauce for a 4 piece meal with fries made it worth going to slims, no way can I eat that much with one sauce.
I’d go there once a week, but the price went up, the chicken got smaller, and they got stingy with the sauces on top of everything else.
Sauce is cheap, if I’m paying top dollar for tiny tenders, give me an extra sauce bowl without shaking me down for it.
I used to go 2 times a month and now I go 2 times a year because of how much the company wants to cut costs.

First off this is the worst experience I have ever had with slim Chickens anywhere. My First visit today in the drive through I ordered a slim meal grilled which is 5 tenders and I got 3 fried tenders. (First picture) I called they said come back and we will give you a refund and give you the right meal so when I returned to Springdale I went which was 5 hours later. I want inside and they got me the right meal no charge but no refund then I go to eat it and the tenders are the driest saltiest thing I have ever eaten from a slim chickens normally they are super juicy and flavorful. (Second picture)

I’ve been eating Slims since they first opened in 2003 in Fayetteville. As they’ve grown, I’ve seen the decline in quality gradually increase. The portions have gotten small, and the chicken strips keep shrinking as well. Today I ordered okra as my side. They charge a $1.29 up charge for okra and the portion is awful. Please do better. You all used to be the best.
