We love Slim Chicken. We’ve been eating here for months now, and it’s always good. Usually get the tenders or chicken and waffles, but everything I’ve tried has been enjoyable. I ordered a club and they gave me a regular chicken sandwich (almost $5 price difference). Then, to top it off, the chicken was dry and cooked in old grease. The bun was as flat as a pancake, chewy and stale. This was the worst chicken sandwich that I have even gotten from a restaurant. I just threw it away.

We ordered ahead for 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals. It is advertised on the windows of $2.99 kids meals with adult purchase, which wasn’t honored. We picked up via drive thru. Purchased extra sauce and had to go inside to get it and the 2 juice boxes for the kids. Also ordered with no tomatoes and there were tomatoes on the sandwich. Thankfully we don’t have allergies but that could potentially be a big deal to someone else. Fries and ranch were yummy and they have fountain Dr Pepper Zero which no where else does. Probably won’t go back based on overall price vs quality.

Had a bad experience last time we went but it’s been awhile so figured why not give it another try. Got home and the chicken sandwich was the most pathetic piece of chicken I’ve ever seen. I bit into it and it was raw in the middle! I’m not sure how you burn one side of the chicken and leave the other side raw but that’s what happened. The fact that whoever made this thought it was an acceptable piece of chicken to give someone to begin with just blows my mind. Thankfully I knew the texture wasn’t right and spit it out! I will not be going here again!

First off, this IS fast food. Think of it as an alternative to popeye’s but with chicken tenders. But with way, way less attitude.
Your order at the counter and take a number. I got the “slim” meal with 5 breaded tenders, two sauces, mac and cheese side and a drink. I got the cherry cheesecake dessert afterwards.
The prices aren’t bad – for the times. The only real expensive item is the dessert. You DO get what you pay for though. The tenders were hot and nicely juicy. The sauces were much better than chik fil-a (korean bbq and sweet chili) and tasted good. You get generous portions of them for the size of the meal.
The mac and cheese was the only letdown. It needed way more cheese in the sauce – probably double – to be decent. But the seasoning was okay and the noodles weren’t mush. It was merely meh. Which is really sad as this could have (cheaply) made the meal really pop. Please work on this.
The counter servers were both quite nice (had to go back and get the dessert since I had room) and service was very prompt. Unlike Popeye’s, I wasn’t interrupting their social time. They were busy but had enough people to take care of everyone.
The parking lot is BIG and there was plenty of room between vehicles. They have ample handicap parking with zero ramp to deal with getting in. The restaurant was VERY clean – unusual in fast food these days!
All in all, a very good experience. I’ll be back when the fried chicken craving hits next.

I have visited Slim Chickens 3-4 times now and have not been disappointed yet. The Chicken Club sandwich is delicious with the bacon and cheese.
I really enjoy their assorted sauces because you can mix up the same sandwich 10-20 different ways depending on your preferences. They will also toss your chicken sandwich in whatever flavor sauces you want.
They do great at carrot and their app is easy to use.

Cute place. I know this place is new, but what stood out was the cleanliness. My wife had a wrap and I had some chicken fingers. She loved the wrap. The fingers were really crispy and hot. Great quality. I tried the hot bbq and the spicy ranch. Both were excellent. We’ll be back.

Order the two chicken tenders meal, fried pickles, and two chicken sandwich meals. The meal arrive nearly frozen and in a terrible state, distance is not a factor because I have ordered food from Westfield and it arrived fresh and hot. The bag was not sealed to maintain the heat at all. The chicken tenders meal looked like a happy meal for a child, the fries were about ten each, and the tenders were only two when I ordered three. There was no sauce included with the tenders also and I ordered ranch. The fried pickles were missing entirely. I was very disappointed in the restaurant as this was our first time trying the restaurant. First impressions are everything.

For a first time customer let me be the first to say im not coming back….As someone who frequently drives down 32 you can’t help but notice the small black building always wrapped with customers. I thought I’d give it a try and to my avail, it wasn’t busy when I went into the drive thru. “Classic Sandwhich”, “fries”, “okra”, “fried pickles”, and a “Red Velvet shake”. The sandwhich and the shake were average but the sides I received were very disappointing. My fries had to have been old. Unfortunately the fried food I received wasn’t cooked all the way through. Sorry to say, but you could tell it was frozen and they just threw it in a fryer(No seasoning). You can get the same quality in sides from the frozen section of your grocery store. As for service it was id say it was good other than they forgot my shake and I had to walk inside to grab it. I think you either should improve your sides or charge less for em.

It says always made Fresh & cooked to order, but that’s definitely not true. My meal came out one minute after I ordered it and wasn’t hot or fresh, The chicken was dry and rubbery, and the fries were mushy and lukewarm also. Raising Cane’s is much better.
