Grand Opening so – a few kinks to work out.
If you order from the Kiosk for take-out, you still pick a table number. I wasn’t the only one confused about that. They just sat my food on a table. After I thought I had waited too long, I looked at a bag on a table and saw my number.
I felt somewhat bad, their ICE machine was broken on opening day at lunch time.
Chicken sandwich was juicy and tasty. Fries are good and they give you a bunch. A shame they charge .50 for sauces because I’d like to try a few to see what I like.
Workers seemed lost and confused but we can’t judge them on the first live day. I’ll come back in a week to see if they worked out the kinks.
I’m not rating service for that very reason.
My biggest complaint or warning – If you are leaving on the left side facing McD’s there is a dang plateau curb in the middle of the road. Same color as the road and no way to decipher there is a raised platform in the middle of the road! I’m not sure who thought that was a good idea because I almost got my car stuck over it. Put a sign and paint that thing a bright yellow. Frankly, take it out as it serves no purpose and nearly took the underside of my car off. The flow inside the restaurant is odd too. You walk right into the cash registers. Where as the other chicken places have room for lines, etc. I know they redid a Burger KIng but I think corporate should have hired someone who knows store flow to prevent bottlenecks especially with high volume fast food places.
Looking forward to coming back with the kids to try out other food items. Plus, the franchise operator is a local business owner – so I want to support the local community.

I arrived home about 30min ago. Also had a 26min ride home. So about an hour before I actually sat and tried the food. It’s still fresh and still tastes delicious. Just not as hot. Will pop in the microwave for 10sec. The buffalo chicken tender Mac n cheese is delicious!!!!!!! The flavors go so well. You have scallions, fried onions, and buffalo chicken on white cheddar Mac. It was closed to $11 without the drink. I also ordered the 4 piece classic meal. This place is like a cross between Raising Canes and Chic Fil A. You receive fries and slim sauce with garlic texas toast. You can also dip your chicken strips in sauce. I ordered the sweet red chili. I upgraded my drink to an Oreo milkshake. I will give the shake a 3/5. Needs more vanilla and oreo flavor. Other than that, everything is tasty. Great service. Plenty of parking. Customer service is great. Jayla and Shyreem were helpful and need a raise!!

I went through the drive through so I can only speak on that experience. I got the chicken tenders and fries so this rating is solely based on that. The food was hot the people at the windows were super pleasant and courteous. The food: I have no real opinion there was nothing special everything reminded me of Raising Canes Chicken I thought the tenders were bland I got the Garlic Parmesan Sauce I did like it there was toast and the fries were simply fries. I saw pictures of a dessert jar that looked cute and I see they have wings.i will give them another try for that However I will not get the tenders again because there is nothing special. Everyone has tenders and fries corporate should have put a little more time into making them stand out and doing something special with the toast.

I thought the food was really good, i had chicken tenders and french fries. They had the order a little messed up when they brought it to me. But I really can’t hold that against Slim Chickin.
I believe the service will be much better after a few weeks. I will definitely be back…

The place just opened and we gave it a whirl dine in. Ordered the classic tender basket and my spouse got wings. Tenders have great flavor. Savory without being salty. Original seasoning that doesn’t taste like they’re trying to be something else. Fries are delicious and seasoned with their own blend. The wings were good. Nothing special there. We had the sweet chili sauce which is tasty and their Slim’s sauce which is hands down better than the sauce the place that closes on Sunday is proud about. The beverage center is self serve. They’ve a variety of iced teas including unsweetened and peach brewed daily. The service is great. Dining room was clean during the busy time we visited. Bathrooms were a 7 out 10, but again, they were very busy.

My husband has been anxiously awaiting your grand opening and now that our whole family has eaten here, we all unanimously say it’s absolutely delicious!! The chicken is the best around by far, is flawlessly seasoned and fried, and the okra makes the perfect side. We even loved the waffles and jar desserts! The staff were attentive and friendly, taking turns stopping by the table 7 times to ask if we needed anything or if we’re enjoying our experience. The restaurant is clean and inviting. (Music was a tiny bit loud, but I’m sensitive to that anywhere.) All in all, 10/10! Welcome to the neighborhood! We’re glad you’re here!

This is the first time I went there. I asked for a chicken sandwich Lettuce tomato and Extra mayo. They typed it in as Chicken Club I had to tell them. That is not what I ordered. It was to much for me to eat. I finally got my chicken sandwich NO Tomato or Lettuce or Mayo only pickles I never asked for. They took it back and gave me the lettuce tomato on the sand No extra mayo I asked for. Told the server do you have mayo. Finally I got what I wanted. Bad news is the chicken was to salty for me. Very poor customer service. Not empress at all sorry to say. Not going there again or recommending that place to anyone. Very disappointed. More employees there then people?
