Absolutely incredible whiskey bar! A True bourbon/whiskey nerds paradise, and a new favorite spot when im in town. Don’t be swayed by techie snob reviews looking to complain, this spot is legit.
Unmatched selection of bottles, just about every interesting bottle one could imagine. Tried everything from unobtainable high end big name Bourbon brands to small craft distilleries.
The prices for pours here are unmatched, to be able to to try 1, 1.5, or 2oz pours at a fair and reasonable price made for a even better time.
Staff was attentive, fun and super knowledgeable. Got some fantastic pour reccomendations from Jacob the bartender for bottles I would have otherwise overlooked. (The Yokai 9 year 141 proof private barrel was a huge standout). Shoutout to Ali for the excellent and fun service, and Pablo the bar back for quick and attentive service.
Was in town for the week and Slightly Toasted became a almost daily visit thanks to their incredible selection, prices, and amazing staff. Thanks for the hospitality and making my trip complete. Can’t wait to be back.

Really dark inside but perfect thank you very much but it’s still indoors inside an office building. They specialize in whiskey and have many bottles sitting on their bar to choose from. The staff are tentative, and the ambience is nice. It’s with fireplace and comfortable seats. The gigantic smoked mozzarella stick was very good, but eat it when it’s hot. The outside panko breading was really good. It’s nice and casual atmosphere for professionals and nonprofessionals. It’s right across from Ogilvue train Station which goes to all the suburbs. It’s very convenient if you wanna have a snack and a drink before you go home.

I took a date here a few months back. It looked a place that seemed great for first date. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, service, food, and drinks. I had a chicken sandwich with fries and some specialized bourbon. I can tell that me and my date at the time had great time there. The service was great. We were given some good recommendations. My only complaint is that the place is hard to find but otherwise I would most definitely recommend it (if you can find it).

Great place for an after work cocktail. Was pricey, but wasn’t insane expensive. Our server was fantastic! Very knowledgeable when it came to the barrel picks. Great vibe! Would definitely recommend!

I could see coming here often. Lots of choices. Creativity in creating drinks. Friendly local space, closed weekends, with choices that is impressive! Menu is a QR code. Service was attentive and caring with regulars recognized.
They have special events here and launched Digits whiskey by Scottie Pippen. Couple of tables were large groups (one was engagement party, the other an office gathering).

I’ve been here for happy hours with my colleagues a total of 4 times, and to this day it is a mystery to me how this place has so many positive ratings.
The service has been consistently bad, every single time. And today while having a discussion with my peers at work they have all shared the exact same thing. You have to beg for someone to show up to take your order, wait forever for your order to arrive and beg even more for your check when you are ready to leave.
The drinks are mediocre at best and overpriced. Can’t say anything about their food since I’ve only had drinks during my visits.
I hands down do NOT recommend Slightly Toasted and would never return here again if it wasn’t for events that are organized by other people at work. In the future if I ever have any event planning/decision-making power I’ll suggest trying a different spot nearby for a change. My guess is that they are always busy because it’s convenient for a large number of people to just take the elevator down + the escalator to the mezzanine to be here. In my personal opinion the “convenience” isn’t worth the stress and the price tag.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere and folks at Slightly Toasted. Lots of choices for appetizers and food. The Beef sandwich was phenomenal. What was really special about Slightly Toasted is their bourbon and Whiskey collection. I had a 23 Year old Pappy, and a 2021 George T. Stagg. Oh my. Staggeringly good. Whether you’re just catching up with friends and coworkers, or things more serious, this is a great place to experience.

At the end of an awful week, this place was a soothing balm. My “Eff Around” Old-Fashioned was wonderful and just what I needed; my server was personable, prompt, and funny; the outdoor seating was perfect on a gorgeous summer afternoon; and the mozzarella sticks were a cheese-lovers delight.

Went here for dinner. The whiskey selection was plentiful. I asked for a recommendation close to my normal nightcap (Angel’s Envy) and the bartender didn’t disappoint! I like that the food came from the neighboring restaurants, so selection was varied allowing us to have Spanish and Asian food along with our drinks in the same place. Would love to visit again.

Great place, cocktails and menu. Horrible gnat/fruit fly problem. When plates and cocktails are dropped and there are at least 10 visible fruit flies on food/drinks it’s not worth it. Server seemingly unphased by calling them to her attention.
