Nested in between a few businesses in a shopping center, as you make your way toward the back, you’ll find this little gem. It’s a little mini food truck. The guy running this joint was super friendly to us and talked to us for a little bit while the food was being prepared.
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a bag of chips with a drink. I gotta say, it was a solid burger! I like my burgers very standard and no veggies but regardless, it tasted great!! My wife tried one of the brats that he offers and she really liked it! It’s a great option while strolling the town. He also offers other things you can see on the picture of the menu. Judging by the taste of what I had, you wont be dissatisfied.
The location is pretty cool. It’s tucked away from the main road and feels like a little meadow. It’s an experience.
Overall, you definitely should come by and try for yourself. It’s worth it!

Serving char dogs here (split and cooked on a grill) and they were fantastic! These reminded me of great char dogs you get in Chicago. Condiments are served on the side, so you can put just the right amount you want on there. Pictures don’t do it justice, but you get the idea. Will runs the stand and he’s very friendly. Doing a great job and making them right!

Inexpensive hot dog stand a bit away from main street in Evergreen. We had hot dogs and mine was a little burned. They give it to you plain and you can get ketchup, mayo, mustard in individual packets. I wish it had more flavor. Not much seating space there. We didn’t try shaved ice. 4 starts for price, size, speed and convenience.

We visited at Meadowlark Park and were not very happy with the food. First was the main issue – We paid $8 for a small cheeseburger that seemed pre-made. The bun they gave us was MOLDY. I don’t know how they missed the mold because there was quite a bit. Luckily, I checked before passing it to my child. I wanted to do a refund at that point, but they remade it for us… mold free from what I could tell. Who knows how many others ate moldy bread without noticing.
We also paid $9 for a shave ice with cream added… they forgot the cream, so I had to ask to have it added. The size was smaller than a lot of the pictures here, and the pina colada flavor was bland.
They were very low on chips and had no variety at the point we ordered.
Overall, it was very overpriced and left a bad taste. I wouldn’t eat here again.

The shave ice is actually shaved – not a snow cone (whew!). The flavors are all high fructose corn syrup-type things; no natural flavors. Some of the flavors are also guaranteed to stain your teeth, so make sure you check your teeth in the mirror before you go anywhere afterwards.
The person working at the stand was friendly and made nice conversation with us – we appreciated that.
There are a few tables and chairs around the stand, but all seating is outdoors, FYI.
