Just happened to camp here 1 night on our way south. Just went for a walk and saw the pub. Decided to stop in and see the place. Our server asked if we wanted menus or if we were here for the broasted chicken? That’s all we had to hear. The chicken was hot, fresh, and on our table in short order. The French fries and potato wedges were great and a huge serving of each. And the price was very reasonable and the service very good.

We happen to be in town overnight, while traveling. Walked in, (hadn’t checked any reviews, pricing, etc) greeted with smiles. It was a Monday night. Broasted chicken was the special. SO good!! Service was fantastic. Price was excellent. I’d recommend Slider’s Pub for anyone passing through or living local. It’ll be a stop for us again, if we’re ever in the area.

Absolutely awful customer service. Staff were rude, dismissive, and had clear attitudes from the moment we sat down. Certain foods canceled without telling us because they were “too busy,”
This wasn’t a one-time thing either. We’ve come in before with just the two of us and had the same experience: no politeness, no effort, and an overall uncomfortable, distasteful atmosphere. Menus were basically slapped on the table and the only interaction was someone walking up and saying “drinks?” with zero courtesy.
If you don’t want customers, just say that 🙂

There is something to be said about a burger executed well. The little details help: grilled buns, seasoned fries, and attentive service. There aren’t many food options in Granville, but that doesn’t mean they phone it in. If you have a chance, stop in.
