We probably come here twice a month, if not more. The pizza is very good, the slices are huge and they have a lot of options. The service is always good. During the warm months, sitting on their patio while having a beer really hits the spot. This place, in my opinion, is the best “bang for your buck” in downtown Castle Rock.

Great, cheap, huge slices. I love this place. The atmosphere is great and it is great for families. 6$ for gourmet slices and 5$ for cheese and pepperoni?! Great prices.
PS: Try the jalapeno popper slice. Don’t hate it till you try it. Its the best.

I’m honestly not sure why this place is rated so high as the food wasn’t that good.
Although I did like that you can buy individual garlic knots at 0.75 cents each, they aren’t that great. The garlic sauce itself isn’t bad, but you can tell they just paint it on with a brush and the parts of the knot that didn’t have any didn’t taste like anything and was a little tough. Good knots are soft and fluffy, but this one didn’t deliver. The marinara sauce that came with this and the stuffed slice didn’t have much kick to it; rather, it had a very generic taste. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was just prepackaged sauce considering how small the kitchen area is.
The stuffed slice wasn’t terrible, but not very memorable either. Nothing about this slice stood out at all.
The Sicilian slice was the weakest Sicilian pizza I’ve ever had. It was super thin for a Sicilian pizza and parts of it were collapsing where I put my fingers underneath to stabilize it because it came out super doughy.
The regular slice was the best thing I had, but even that wasn’t very impressive. The crust was harder than I liked. The strongest aspect of every pizza was the cheese, but overall it can’t save the pizza. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I thought the food was really great but we got the worst table in the restaurant. Sat next to the door when it was snowing outside and by the huge super loud oven. I spent $133 to have pizza by a cold door and a loud oven haha. I thought that going in person would be better because we would get hotter fresher pizza and that part was true but I don’t think it’s worth that price to sit at the worst table in the restaurant. Apparently you’re not allowed to sit on the nice part of the restaurant if you want pizza. IMO they are trying to separate you based on price point because if you’re ordering pasta you’re going to spend more but I spent $133 for my husband and my daughter and I to eat. That’s a little pricey for three people to have pizza and we have to be sat by the outside door and the loud oven it was just too much. I don’t know I don’t think I’ll come back because my experience last night did leave a bit of a bitter taste in my mouth. When you’re spending over $100 to have pizza for dinner you at least want a decent table where you’re not freezing and don’t have to plug your ears because of the sound of the oven haha. I don’t know it just made me feel like they didn’t appreciate me or my business and they don’t care if I ever come back so I probably won’t.

This might be the best Pizza in Colorado. Obviously I haven’t tried them all but I was super impressed by the quality, flavors, and crisp of the pizza. Even the stuffed pizza was crispy and that was shocking. Being part ninja turtle, pizza is my thing and I’d rate this easily in the mid to high 8s.

Slice Works in Castle Rocks is an absolute gem, and my experience with their Black & Blu Pizza was nothing short of spectacular. The perfectly crisp yet chewy crust, combined with the tangy blackened seasoning and rich cheese, created a flavor symphony that left my taste buds dancing. Each ingredient was meticulously chosen and balanced, making every bite a delightful adventure. The welcoming atmosphere and top-notch service further elevated the dining experience, with friendly and passionate staff ensuring everything was perfect. For anyone in Castle Rocks, Slice Works is a must-visit, and their Black & Blu Pizza is a culinary masterpiece that I can’t stop raving about!

I think it was the manager that was chewing tobacco and spitting it in a trashcan while helping make food. Disgusting. The food was mediocre at best. There’s so many better pizza places out there. would’ve given it negative stars if that was a possibility

BEST PIZZA PLACE IN CASTLEROCK. Big Mac pizza and Hawaiian are excellent. Prices are fair. Stay away from Papa John’s. You ‘ll get overpriced cold pizza.

Great restaurant, probably best pizza in town for still affordable prices. We will definitely come back, highly recommended and overall better than the Scileppi’s at The Old Stone Church next door.
