Social Profile:

Our passion is pizza. We sell by the slice or whole pie, artisan or classic varieties. Our dough is made fresh daily, in-house from scratch. We shred our own cheese, we make our own sauce, we bake the meatballs, we slice the sausage, the peppers, the onions and every other topping. We want you to have the best pizza experience possible. You can also have a great sub, like our imported Philly steak and cheese on a fresh baked sub roll. We also serve the most popular Italian dishes like Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo, Lasagna and Caprese salad. Save room for dessert, we also have the best NY style cheesecake and chocolate cake made from scratch. Comfy new booths, ice cold beer and friendly staff.

Family-friendly pizza parlor with outdoor seating offering specialty pies, cheesesteaks & pasta.

This is the worst experience I’ve had in a long time at any restaurant. I called to order at 7:35pm on a Monday night,I ordered a chicken fettuccine Alfredo with mushrooms on the side cooked! garlic knots and a ceaser salad. I was told 45 minutes to 1:00 hour delivery. I called in at 8:40pm to see where the driver was and was told he was on his way. When I asked what time he left she said oh the food just came out of the oven he’s about to leave. I said this is ridiculous it’s almost 9pm and I ordered one meal and a salad and some bread this shouldn’t take so long. She said they were backed up which was not true at all I drove by after to pick up food elsewhere. When the driver finally arrived at 8:59pm I checked the food to make sure everything was there. When I gave him cash and walked inside and unboxed everything the Alfredo has mushrooms in the pan which I do not like but my wife does, hence on the side! Then the garlic knots were burnt beyond recognition, but the other 2 that come with the meal were fine! I asked for extra wet they were as dry as a bone! All the food was ICE COLD around 82 degrees. But like she said they are busy and it just came out the oven! Worst experience ever! If you ask for delivery expect 1-2 hours for food if your hoping for less than an hour go ELSEWHERE!

From the moment we walked in, the inviting aroma of freshly baked pizza filled the air, setting the stage for a delightful meal. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, with a clean and comfortable dining area that made us feel right at home.

The menu offered a wide array of options, but we decided to try their Grandpa Pizza. The thin, crispy crust paired perfectly with the generous toppings and flavorful sauce, making each bite a true delight. We also sampled the garlic knots, which were warm, buttery, and seasoned to perfection.

What truly elevated our dining experience was the outstanding service provided by our two waitresses, Kaylee and Izzy. Their attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm made us feel valued and well-cared-for throughout our visit. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations, ensuring we had a memorable meal.

In addition to the delicious food and exceptional service, we appreciate the restaurant’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. It’s evident that Slice of Life Pizzeria takes pride in delivering a top-notch dining experience to its patrons.

Overall, our visit to Slice of Life Pizzeria was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of delectable food, inviting atmosphere, and exemplary service from Kaylee and Izzy made for an unforgettable dining experience. We look forward to returning soon and highly recommend this gem to anyone in the New Port Richey area seeking delicious pizza and outstanding hospitality.

After college class got out at PHSC, my daughter & I needed a quick bite to eat. we each got a slice of pizza.
This might be the best pizza Ive eaten in years. There are a bunch of pizza joints around my area, but they are all just OK, to pretty good. This place is better than all of ’em.
The prices are reasonable still, as well! I paid THIRTY DOLLARS for a.large pizza in Trinity. RhT is just crazy and I’ve never been back to that place. Slice is 5x better and the price is literally half the amount.
Absolutely recommend!!!

I placed an order for a pizza on 1/2/26 at 4:43 PM. After waiting until 6:07 with no update, I called to check on the status and was told it wouldn’t be much longer. I called again at 6:35 over two hours after my original order to cancel, only to be told the pizza had just come out of the oven and that I would receive it at half price.

When I checked my bank the next business day, the order had processed at full price and I was never refunded.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but it’s my understanding this location is under new ownership. Unfortunately, this experience reflects that change. I’m not going to argue over $10, but I will take my business elsewhere.

I had one issue years ago, and the previous owner personally called me and made it right. He never would have let a situation like this happen. Waiting nearly 2½ hours for a single pizza especially when I live two minutes away is completely unacceptable. At that point, I could have picked it up faster, but it seems the order was simply forgotten. Rather than being honest and making it right, the blame was placed on the drivers.

I have never waited this long for a pizza, even on a holiday like New Year’s. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place going forward.

One bite challenge score 7.5 this is really good pizza. The cheese was very good but a little too much on the pie I feel like less cheese would have really raised the score the dough was cooked to a perfect golden brown that really complemented the sauce.. the pie had grate markings on it meaning that the pizza is not cooked directly on the oven surface.overall a great experience dinning in. My return to this location is highly likey.

Been to this particular slice of life about 6 times now with my wife and our 7yr old son. We have a very specific taste for our pizza and let me tell you, these guys absolutely knock it out of the park. Definitely hands down the best pizza that we have had in florida to this date. From the first bite to the last bite it’s pure perfection on the taste, texture and size of the slices/pie. We will absolutely continue to come here for our pizza night out or order from home kinda nights. Not only is the food excellent but the whole staff has a very friendly vibe and a very inviting atmosphere. Our son loves sitting at the counter watching all the pizzas be made from scratch. He thinks it’s the coolest thing. These guys Definitely have a team that is well trained and everyone knows the place they belong to keep things smooth. Keep kicking butt slice of life. Catch you on the next one.

I’m 77 years old from Long Island, New York eat pizza my whole life they make a good try it slice of life, but they fail in the taste. I had ordered two slices at lunchtime, and I took it with me and when I first put into it, I said to myself wow this taste like nothing, barely taste like sauce. It didn’t taste like it was seasoned or salted at all very plain plain I guess if you go for pizza like that, that’s the place to go but 99% of the places up north when you Biden into pizza it taste like pizza. This tasted like bread with plain cheese and some Plainsauce.

We had Slice of Life cater an Italian feast for my sister-in-law’s parents’ 50+ anniversary party, and they went above and beyond in every way! They provided eggplant Parmesan, sausage and peppers, baked ziti, homemade calzones, salad with dressing, and garlic knots—and every single dish was absolutely delicious. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the food was!

Not only was the food top-notch, but their service was exceptional. They made sure everything was perfect, even delivering the food a day early to accommodate our schedule. They also provided catering trays and heaters, making it so easy for us to serve everything at the surprise party.

If you’re looking for fantastic Italian food and a restaurant that truly cares about its customers, Slice of Life is the place to go. They are an amazing small business that deserves all the support. Highly recommend!

Food is always good but Today the pizza was cold and full of grease. The server didn’t really pay attention to the order as she was too focused on my wifes tattoo on her arm. She also said they couldn’t make the type of pizza I asked for. As it would take too long. Yet we waited about 40mins for food. Lasagna, A COLD sub and a couple of slices pizza. Then took the server another 15/20mins to bring To go box. Normally service is good here. 1st bad experience. I’ve seen it more busy also and had good service before..

We have ordered from here several times and always LOVED the pizza. It reminds us of being back home in NJ.

We ordered 2 large pizzas last night and the pizza was maybe the size of a dominos/frozen pizza. We spent 50$ and waited quite a while for delivery. I called and she seemed annoyed that I was making this claim bc the pizza box reflected a large box. Well she offered to remake them so we could COMPARE the two and I explained I fed my family and she goes well too late then we can give a discount and pretty much hung up.

My reviews are always pretty good til now.
So our “large” pizzas were more like a mediumish size.

We work hard for our money and don’t mind supporting local restaurants but 50$ plus tip and an hour wait is a lot for what we got.

* It will not let me respond but thank you Bob. I appreciate that and we will give it another go 🙂
