Excellent mom and pop Italian! My wife and I visited here yesterday 2/7/26. I had the baked ziti and my wife had the chicken parmigiana. Both meals were sooo good. I love pizza so I had to get a pie too. Absolutely loved the texture of the crust. The cheesecake and fried cheesecake were amazing.

The food is typical American Italian. The quality was great, the complimentary garlic knots were awesome! The waitress was really attentive and the prices were fair. My wife got lasagna and I had spaghetti with meat sauce. The marinara/meat sauce tasted homemade. We also split a peice of cheesecake for dessert, it was very yummy! I would recommend it to anyone.

Slice of Italy is amazing! We ordered the meat lovers pizza, chicken alfredo, baked manicotti, and some desserts, and everything was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was great and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. You can tell they really care about the experience they provide. We will definitely be back!

Great service and it was a wonderful night to eat out on the patio. The pizza was good. Everything was fresh especially the green pepper on the pizza. The sausage had a light flavor and was not greasy. I also liked the sauce. It had a good flavor with just a hint of sweetness. The pasta, salad and bread were all good. My only complaint was that the pizza crust seemed to bed dusted in a whole grain that was a bit too hard, very small grain was a bit concerned of chipping a tooth.

Pizza was delicious! We got wings and the garlic cheese bread. Everything came out very quickly and the service was great. Very friendly management as well! A tad pricy but it makes sense with it being in Nashville. Overall a great experience, definitely recommend!

From the moment we walked in, this place felt so warm and welcoming. It’s family-owned, and you can truly feel the love and care they put into everything. The owner even came over to chat with us, and you could immediately tell this was true New York style pizza so authentic and made with heart.
We stumbled in here unplanned, but that’s honestly how you find the best spots. The pizza was the best I’ve ever had. I ordered the pesto veggie, and we also got the tiramisu (no picture because we ate it way too fast). Everything was absolutely delicious.

Love this Italian restaurant. We had a supreme pizza, spagetti, jalapeño poppers and some fettuccine. All were excellent. The seating area has that family friendly feeling.

This is a great lunch spot within walking distance of Vanderbilt. My daughter and I ate here around 1pm, and the vibes were great. The outdoor patio is enclosed and heated, and the inside is good for quiet conversation.
We were disappointed that the lunch menu didn’t have an alfredo option, and that the staff was not willing to accommodate substitutions. Our lunch for two was about $50, so we probably won’t be back at that price.

The supreme Stromboli was fantastic. Cooked perfectly. Tons of melted, salty, delicious mozzarella cheese, butter, garlic, meat and homemade marinara sauce. It was delicious.
