Whole pepperoni pizza, delivered. Better than I expected, but not great either. Main drawback was the crust being too stretchy and doughy – it may have just but undercooked. It’s my only experience with Slice so it’s unclear if this is the norm. I would want something with more crunch. Delivery time was 1h20m, so we were really worried it would arrive stone cold but were pleasantly surprised it was warm and reasonably fresh.
Sauce was abundant and flavorful with a decent zing. Cheese similarly abundant and typical of NYC pizza – not great but suitable. Will try a slice sometime to see how that compares.
The dearth of pizza in LIC makes this a top local option.

Ordered back in August for a gluten free pie, service was decent enough, and although wait time was not great, what I was most displeased by was the crust of the pizza, it tasted super dry and hard, and this is coming from someone who normally enjoys eating pizza crust, I could not get myself to eat any more after the first slice, so that was a little disappointing. There was also an issue with some high school kids being extremely loud in the back and the tables being so dirty in the front, so I couldn’t even eat at the restaurant. Being that the cashier was on their phone the whole time, I knew nothing was gonna be done for either of those issues so i just left as soon as receiving my pizza, only to be disappointed by the crust being so dry.

First time there this afternoon. Just moved here from Florida. definitely wanted some real authentic pizza. had the BBQ pizza and it was amazing. Will definitely be my go to spot for either lunch or even dinner.

Best pepperoni and sauce flavor that I’ve ever had. I always come here! My daughter’s favorite is the spinach artichoke. She lives on upper west side and says it is the best slice she ever had.

Emilyyyyyyy, she is the best of the best, she alone is a reason I would go back for but the bonus is her knowledge of their food, recommendations, we had vegan pizza pie , order of cauliflower and potato chips…ALL WAS YUMMY…I love this place

Friendly staff. We got here just before closing. Pizza was very good but out too long by the time we got to it. Crust is thin but a little too dense for my liking. We ate them on the hood of the car. I’m soo full right now. FYI. I gave bonus stars to the review because the guy hooked us up with two free slices of your choosing. I think he burnt the two regular slices. It is what it is.

I went there 2 days ago and it just hit 8 so you would think it would be pizza available. NOPE it wasn’t so I asked can he put pepperoni on a cheese slice and I’ll pay the difference. The chubby guy that buy the window caught an attitude and sucked his teeth right in front of me. Other customers looked at me thinking I was going to react but I help my composure. Then when I got the pizza the pizza was damn near cold. The cheese was still stiff. I couldn’t believe it. They made me feel like my money didn’t matter and I been going here for quite a while.

Went for a quick lunch on a weekday in June. They have a few pizzas ready out front, so just picked a slice each of the cheese pizza, and of the spinach artichoke. They were both decent. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Staff is friendly. Total for just 2 slices came to 8.50 plus tips, so not cheap.

The workers here are rude and have no good customer service skills! Wanted to speak to a manager to organize a HUGE catering order but a girl picked up put me on hold when I asked to speak to the manager and it hung up! I called 15 times after to organize the order but they never answered! I didn’t wanna deal with Astoria’s location cause they messed up a few simple orders of mine in the past! The owners definitely need to oversee their staff more if they want the business to run smoothly!

A great local spot. Very family friendly. Love their back patio. Lots of fun pizza and pasta options. This is our go-to spot for a quick bite before heading into Manhattan or on our way to Gantry Park. My kid also comes here fairly often with his middle school friends. The penne a la vodka slices and their “pasta your way” are my favorites. Not sure why they call their tomato sauce a gravy (as opposed to a marinara or pomodoro) but I’d gladly eat buckets of it. Overall 4.4 rating just because it gets crowded and chaotic at times, which tends to lead to some minor mistakes/omissions/slightly burnt crusts – nothing that will keep us from returning. Bonus points for their clean bathroom and very fair prices IMO Cheers!
