Place was busy but the line moved quick, expected for a grand opening! We met Jason the owner in line and he was super friendly. He broke down all the styles of pizza and gave some recommendations. We ordered the Hot Honey slice, the Tomato Pie slice and the Sweet Gino slice. Everything was fantastic!! Out of the the 3 slices we shared the hot honey was our favorite. Crispy crust, delicious sauce both sweet and savory and the slices came out hot. Nice patio seating and great customer service. We will be back for sure!

We stopped by this afternoon and glad we did. The pizza is outstanding! We got a wise guy slice and a pepperoni slice and asked for it to be well done, added some hot honey to the pepperoni and wow it’s good. Was our first time and the staff were awesome, explained everything very well and were very friendly. We will

Delicious!!! We loved our first meal at Slice House and will definitely be back!! The gluten free pizza was fantastic. Our 5 year old said it was her favorite pizza! Everyone working was so kind and helpful, we had a great experience! Definitely recommend!

Visited The Slice House while in Gilbert. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the service was exceptional — owner Jason and his son Domenic were amazing hosts, inviting me to a special pre-opening event that made the night feel personal and memorable. Tried a selection of their New York–style slices — perfectly executed, flavorful, and proof that Gilbert now has seriously good pizza. I also had the chance to catch up with Tony Gemignani, the 13-time World Pizza Champion, and chat about family, homemade limoncello, and his recent collaboration with my good friend Chris Bianco celebrating the 100-year milestone of Frank Pepe — when craftsmen collaborate, the industry wins. A few pluses and minuses:
I was just there for the “Grand Opening”. All the pizzas I saw looked exceptional. i ordered a NY Tomato Pie Slice $6.75 (good size slice), and a Grandma style Sweet Gino slice $6.75 (small in size). Total of $14.62 for two slices! TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THOSE VERY LIMITED INGREDIENT SLICES. I can understand that cost for other slices with lots of topping (and they were plentiul). I will say the ingredients and the crust are top notch and flavorful. These pizzas were delicious and unlike anything else we can find around here. Seriously exceptional flavor. So is that worth a higher cost? Absolutely! BUT not quite as high as their astronomical prices. And they are astronomical. Might I go there again? Maybe but only for a special occasion. Also, I am disappointed in the “Grand Opening”. No small-bite tastings, specials, or even a small Grand Opening discount to reward folks for coming out and waiting in long lines to welcome them and give them a good start. Everything was full price. They didn’t even think to offer a small coupon for your next purchase. The chain is not new but it is new here. Customers are key to their success in an industry that has more fails than successes. They did nothing to make the customers feel welcomed or appreciated besides a friendly greeting.

Excellent food, love the variety and pizza ingredients never seen anywhere else. The crust is to die for. Love the variety of foods from pizza to pasta and wings to desserts. The staff is friendly and inviting and the atmosphere is exciting! Can’t wait to be back and try it all.

The best pizza I have ever had. Seriously, they are going to see me often at their store. Perfect crust, nice char to the pepperoni and sausage and the tomato sauce base was the perfect flavor.

So the place has big expectations to live up to and they failed. Pizza Rock in Vegas is the originator and their Pizza is the best I’ve ever had! I even shared my experience with the owner of this place. Nice guy offered to make me a whole Detroit even tho they were only offering slices. The Pizza was brought out with no racing stripes (sauce) in the box, warm-not hot. We were dining in so the girl that brought out the pizza offered to throw some sauce on it after the fact and gave me and my wife 2 flimsy dollar store paper plates and that was the end of it. They were pretty busy by the time we left and I understand they have only been open for 4 days but what a disappointment $$

I understand they just opened busy and everybody was hustling. The slices I ordered were delicious. Here is what I was disappointed in and a my recommendation. I ordered 2 slices of thick pepperoni and sausage, because there were tickets ahead of mine there were none available. If you are low on slices and opened til 9 they should have been making more instead of telling me it would be a 45 minute wait and pick something I didn’t want.

Just went on Opening Day. Great pizza!!! Great atmosphere and service. I had the Detroit style Motörhead. The slice was amazing with high quality toppings. The sauce was excellent with lots of flavor.
