I had the pleasure of visiting with my family and I was highly impressed with everything we ordered. Highly recommend! We had the candied bacon, cheesy garlic bread, wings, buffalo chicken pizza, short rib sandwich, meatball boulette, and a steak tip dinner with maple bourbon waffle fries. We ate all of the steak tips before I could snap a picture but everything was amazing. If you are looking for something to eat this place does not disappoint! Amazing portions and great pricing also. The owner and workers were all extremely kind and attentive to us. Most certainly will be back! 10/10!

Ordered a large pizza, fries, and their short rib sandwich for lunch with my parents today and everyone loved it! We got takeout to go and not only was Matthew very pleasant on the phone taking my order, but the food was ready on time and was nice and hot. The pizza had generous toppings and a great chewy but crispy crust. The sandwich was loaded with short rib too. Fries were solid as well!!! Welcome to town, Sleigh City!!

My spouse orders his burgers plain everywhere . He’s very specific to say Plain burger ONLY burger , cheese, and in this case the mozzarella on the Sleigh burger. Nothing else. He was excited the order taker even repeated ir back right. They still made it with half the toppings . The sauce , onions , tomatoes and lettuce. We call because we made a roomie nistake and drove home without checking , they spend 10 minutes going back and forth disagreeing with it between different people and putting us on hold. Then finally state we can come back in 30 minutes for a new one!! Bring the burger to prove it too. We waited 30 mins get the burger it was supposed to be medium rare. This was the middle of the burger also why still add mayo? He asked for plain. Seems wasteful. (Picture attached) He was so hungry he ate around it after waiting an hour before being able to eat past the original time of picking up our food. This was not the first time either. One time it took three tries to get a plain burger just cheese. We spent a lot of money at this establishment , per order( as we have a huge family). Not anymore. It’s one thing to get it wrong on accident. It’s another to be unaccountable make a paying customer wait longer for an order you messed up on and be rude about your mistake. Disappointed .

Decided to try this place based on glowing reviews. Maybe my expectations were too high, but it’s a “once was enough” situation for me. Well-done burger doesn’t typically mean burnt and unseasoned. Needless to say it went straight to the garbage bin.
Rest of the order was OK, edible, but nothing to write home about.
On the positive side the order was ready on time and the place has cute tables.

Sleigh city pizza has great service and food!
I have gotten food from sleigh city numerous times, i would like to point out that I just recently ordered 2 party size pizzas for my daughters b-day party I asked to have it delivered for a specific time of day (3pm) and they were literally exactly at my house for 3pm
Service is outstanding and so is the food!
Pizzas were gone quick

we immediately started digging in, the Nashville hot pizza was delicious. We also got some peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies that were delicious and very fairly priced. this was the second time I ordered from there and I’m much happier this second time around. thank you!

really glad to have Sleigh City in town! theres not a lot of delivery near us, and the other places have been hit or miss for us. we’ve ordered 3 times so far, twice for delivery and one for pickup. there have been some minor issues (missing ranch drizzle, pizza being not hot on delivery) but those are honestly very small issues, and are from them being a brand new business that has been absolutely *slammed* with interest. it takes time to work out the kinks, and they clearly have been, so i wouldnt count it against them. the most recent order today was perfect and we will definitely be ordering again!
we’ve had: Gorgonzola cheesy bread (SO good and super packed with cheese, honestly a little too much haha. but better than not enough!), bourbon bacon fries (pretty good especially considering delivery fries are always going to suffer textually, fries just dont travel well. these were really tasty and a good size), Short Rib & Truffled Mushroom pizza (phenomenal! very intensely savory and rich, i added a touch of balsamic at home to cut that richness a bit, but its an absolute winner), and Niko’s Nashville Hot pizza (this is the picture-we got this twice and both times it was awesome. the first time they forgot ranch but we didnt realize till after, still bomb though. tonight it was made to perfection and we demolished half a pizza in one go and had to stop ourselves from going back for more!).
the folks who work there seem very nice and like they want you to have a good experience. every person ive talked to on the phone, in the store, and at delivery has been lovely, so im unsure how previous reviewers found them rude. they let you know the estimated times and now that theyve hit their stride more, it seems pretty accurate. if something was wrong enough with our order that we needed it remedied, i have no doubt theyd apologize and fix it. they have a very reasonable delivery fee, too. we are looking forward to trying more of the menu!

I can’t begin to tell you how amazing the pizza is here. First time I got the Fenway to play it safe… and they shot it out of the park!!! Second pizza I ordered was the Short rib and truffle pizza…omg…I died and went to heaven. This is the place for gourmet pizza!!! And the mozzarella appetizer was so crispy and tasty, and the cheese oozed. I’m hooked!

This pizza is outstanding—it’s easily one of the best I’ve ever had! The crust is crispy, the sauce is flavorful, and the sides are great. I wish I could give this place more than five stars because it truly deserves it! If you want amazing pizza, this is the spot to choose!
