Intimate space, fantastic French food, outstanding cocktails and wine. Quite possibly the best boulevardier cocktail we’ve ever had. We will be back, what a hidden gem.

This is a high end restaurant in Doylestown near the train station. We were a party of six. We had tried to get reservations a few weeks earlier, but because their dining hours are very limited, we weren’t able to right away. The only other downside to the experience besides the hours is that It is a little pricey. For example, the oysters were $4 apiece, not crazy, but still on the higher end for our area.

Fully lived up to my expectations of French style dining. We had the Goat Cheese, Spinach & Leek Crepe (covered in a flavorful tomato sauce), Panko Shrimp and Thai muscles. A perfect light yet filling meal. Followed up with the homemade ice cream assortment (pick 3). I wish I could have tried them all. The Dark Chocolate Orange ice cream was too good! Doylestown is perfect for classy dining without the busyness of the inner city.

The chef here clearly cares quite deeply for traditional french cooking. My neighborhood in Brooklyn is full of french staple brunch spots with the usual tasty but repetitive french dishes.

Wonderful local treasure in Doylestown! The food has a French flair, is always fresh, and if you have the chance eat at the bar. The Cocktails that they have created are truly hand crafter!

Great meal last night. Great experience overall. Sound cooking, skate was perfect, and that dark chocolate-orange ice cream, still grinning from it. Proud to have a restaurant with a kitchen/chef/chefs cooking so fundamentally sound in our town. Service (Jared I believe sorry if it’s not, hope I’m close at least) was tops. Tending bar, taking orders, running food…ALL gracefully. Treat to experience and watch. Kudos all around, and grateful for the experience, thank you!

Aside from the chairs being a bit tiny, there are no other complaints to present. Steak a poivre, bronzino, and soupe de poisson were all delicious. Same goes for the cocktails.

This is an absolutely lovely little French restaurant tucked away from Main and State street in Doylestown Borough. We’ve eaten here a couple of times and the food is always perfect. The portions are bistro sized so you can order an app, entree, and then either a dessert for yourself or to share. The food is a bit pricey when you factor in the various courses and drinks, but not much more than the rest of Doylestown.

Whoa, seriously delicious! Baked oysters were wonderful and an unexpected surprise. The poisson soupe brought me back to Marseille, and the chicken liver was heart-warming and perfectly balanced with the crepe, corn and cream. I do have to say that I didn’t love the beef tartare, but it doesn’t matter as everything else was great. Good wines by the glass and super friendly service made for a nice dinner during a weekend away in Doylestown. Just be aware that it is not cheap to dine here – dinner for a family of four was just over $200.
