DO NOT ORDER FROM THE KIOSK. Don’t order at all honestly, or at least don’t expect much. It took over 40 minutes for them to make a McDonald’s quality, nasty burger and it was COLD when I got it. $13 dollars for two mini patties, barely melted cheese, a tiny drop of sauce and crunchy raw onions. So disappointing. The fries were pretty good though actually.

I was really impressed with the speed of service and the overall flavor of the food. I ordered the Slap Ya Mama Burger and the Big Mike and both were delicious and definitely hit the spot. The fries were crispy and hot.
However, I did request grilled onions on my burger, and it arrived without them. While it didn’t take away from the great taste, it’s important that orders are prepared accurately, especially when customers request customizations that cost extra.

It’s a ghost kitchen that stays open late after 1am, and was quite busy when we got there and ordered by 1:30am on a Friday! They do door dash, pick up online, or tablet orders. Parking is limited when it gets really busy. Food choices were plentiful, American, African, Mexican, Asian, from several restaurants which we liked as well. We spent $20 at two different restaurants. Nachos were ok, as well as meat pie. Cool concept. Glad they had this in Atlanta too.

Tuesday evening after a 3 hour drive to ATL I placed an order at 10:20pm.
I received an email confirmation that my order was being prepared and would be ready at 10:42PM.
I headed to the store, where I sat for the next 45 minutes.
I sent an email and called several times with no answer. I NEVER RECEIVED my order.
They took my money but I never received any service, food, or follow-up to my emails or calls. HORRIBLE experience, I would not recommend.
When calling the next day, they still DID NOT ANSWER. -10/10.

Slap ya mama has the best flavors and spices. Whenever I want something to eat at night they are the ones I rely on to keep me satisfied. They are very quick and efficient and their food is high quality. The staff is very kind as well. Personally, the slap ya mama burger is top tier. The best burger I have ever had! Very happy and so is my belly!

Second time having. Wings always fresh and reasonably priced. Bonus is I can order and track online, pick up or have delivered almost 24 hrs a day. Food was ready in 20 minutes.
