Slab corporate- come and check on the Vineyard location. I have never had such a poor experience dining out. We waited to be greeted at the register, then our 2 slices of pizza took 30 minutes, and they very obviously waited for another customer to come in and order a pizza to bake them all together. The pizza was overcooked and had scarcely any toppings at all, that immediately fell off when picked up. I have had frozen $2 Totinos pizza that tasted better. The other locations are always amazing; this location is a disappointment.

Not a fan of this place and won’t be returning. The most frustrating thing is they serve the pizza on a thin sheet of parchment paper. I got the veggie pizza and the grease dissolved the parchment paper within 2 minutes (which I then had to peel off the crust).

Stopped in at 7:50pm yesterday to experience Slab pizza in Vineyard. Heard great things about this place and was really excited to try it. Walked in and was told they were closed. There was a family sitting and eating pizza in the lobby and there was a pizza they just assembled that they hadn’t even put into the oven yet. My friend and I were/are very disappointed.

For some reason when we walked in, they did not make you feel welcomed, not one employees said hello, smiled at you, let alone made eye contact. Very unprofessional with work attire (come on short shorts!) To think we were going to drop $200 in pizza’s there– maybe having an adult manager on sight over teenagers would be beneficial.

We love watching movies and sometime we watch 2 movies in a row. Slab pizza is a nice option for in between light dinner because there are not many options in the area that i like. (I like Japanese Umami place but it’s heavy. – AYCE style)

TLDR; Employee that was running the register didn’t know how to charge me for a side salad, charged me for 2 fountain drinks which are more than a side salad, I tried to pay with cash, but he didn’t know how to open the register to get me change so I had to pay with a card, when I went to sign up for the rewards, he cleared the screen before I could sign up and then either didn’t know how to get back to it or couldn’t because it isn’t an option. Leaving 2 stars for the service, not because of the food, definitely need some more training with this employee or a new one in his place.

Walked in at 8 and was told “we are closed” the 3 people in the store were just hanging out and didn’t pay attention to anything except for their phones. What a waste of a store right by the movies I recommend little Caesar’s next door if you actually want pizza this slab is a joke.
