Chicago dog was stellar. No notes. Had a beer and a few tequilas, bill was under 50 bucks. This place is a gem. Samuel gave excellent service, hard to complain about anything here. Tip your bartenders! Airline drinkers are a tough bunch to deal with!

I was at the small bar at K gates 2/17 and K. (blonde bartender) was super nice to hang out with for a while! A fella walked up after I did having missed his flight, and she was very kind as a bartender – there was a Corona in front of him before he even sat down. She makes O’Hare feel like your favorite local dive!

The two female bartenders who are currently working 2/15/26 are beyond rude esp the little one with the dark hair. Her attitude was as disgusting as her response when I asked for a sip of water so I could take my medication. Another woman stopped me as I was walking away and informed me that same bartender refused her child water to try to prevent a medical emergency and treated them poorly too.
I see why the establishment is empty! I certainly wouldnt want to be support an establishment who has employees like that working. Imagine denying a sick child water…. nice employees!

Rude and unprofessional blonde lady working 02/8/2026 during superbowl should be fired. Have never met a more unprofessional and incompetent bartender in my 37 years of life. Did not allow me and my pregnant wife to sit in table eventough we were paying customers unless we bought alcohol which I do not drink and my wife is pregnant. Should be illegal and discriminatory. Management please say something

Great place to grab a beer, a sandwich, pre-made salad or another bite to eat near K9 and K10 Gates in Terminal 3. I really appreciate that they provide fresh fruit and healthier food options including bananas and apples as well as a yogurt parfait in their grab-and-go section.

Lady was nice; GUYS WAS AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER!
The Chicago hotdog is good and I recommend it! The hotdog was served by the lovely lady, whom I recommend for a pay rise for her professional service! Thank you!
However I rated the service 1 out of 5 simply because of the man in the beard (see the picture)! He was rude, unprofessional and simply atrocious! His service and attitude were beneath contempt! The management should have a serious conversation with him as soon as possible. He ignored me when I thanked him for pouring the beer on two occasions and when I ordered the hotdog he replied “talk to the lady!”.
Simply put, that guy should be ashamed of his behaviour!

Yea, it’s an airport bar, but the bartender was the nicest guy. Plus, Dogfish head and Seasonal Sam Adams on tap, and a respectable bottle selection for the size of the place .
