We offer the most delicious made to order mouthwatering sushi around and also offer authentic Thai cuisine! We are inspired by the Japanese legend of Senbazuru, that promises anyone who folds 1,000 origami cranes the chance to be granted a wish. So we teach our customers to fold origami cranes and for every 100 cranes folded, a child in need gets granted a wish. Become part of the legend! Fold a crane and help make a dream come true.

I’m deeply disappointed, and I don’t think my words are enough to point out how bad it was on so many levels:
1. The taste is not good.
2. The display is poor.
3. The photos showcasing the sushi when ordereding have nothing to do with order to the point we thought it was the wrong order and called the restaurant and they had to explain and convince us which is each sushi dish so we could recognize it.
4. The Sushi Den, Vinaigrette are far better on so many levels.
Spending 60JD was a total waste of money I would have ordered from Lutchi Sushi even better than this.
It’s not overrated…it’s not worth it so don’t hit the order button because you are in for a huge disappointment.
Unlikely me my wife was so excited to try it after she heard the founder story behind it but even she was shocked and it literally ruined our night.

Amazing Experience at Skyline Sushi
I had an exceptional dining experience at Skyline Sushi! The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. The ambiance was elegant and offered a perfect setting for enjoying sushi.
Special thanks to our waitress, Fe, who was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout the evening. Her service made the experience even more enjoyable.
If you’re a sushi lover, this is definitely a must-visit spot in Amman. Highly recommended!

Amazing restaurant with an amazing view of the city! It’s located at the 13th floor of the Landmark hotel. The staff is really attentive in every way and form!
There is also a bar area which also has an amazing view of the city. It’s located on the other side, meaning the restaurant and the bar area are separate. That way you can enjoy your meal in peace!

If you like fresh sushi that’s not weighted in mayo, check out the happy hour 5-8pm where everything on the menu is 35% off. We celebrated my birthday here and it was a delightful meal.

Great place. Went there for an anniversary, the place is nice and quiet, view is great, pianist was very good, the ambiance was great.
We had the “all you can eat” option, which offered one type of soups, two types of salad and dessert, and around 20-30 types of sushi, nigiri, sashimi, Maki…etc
The sushi was great, and we tried almost everything. What was good is that it’s not a buffet with pre-made sushi, they just keep coming over, and taking your order, and the chefs create it for you, so everything was fresh.
Jessica was attending our table, she was very helpful and attentive, and made sure we had a great dinner.
The all u can eat costs 28jd per person, and we also had a bottle of wine for a total of around 90 JDs, I thought it’s normal for such an upscale place.

As it’s located in the dearest hotel to my heart, the Landmark hotel, I expected it to be great and it really is! It’s on the 13th floor with a beautiful view, dim lighting, and with great service! The ingredients were fresh, and everything I tried was delicious

Sushi perfection, must take advantage of their happy hour offer, the choices were amazing you get to sample their menu.
The tempura crabs were amazing full of flavor and chilli in a good way.
The service was very good the waitresses were very attentive and nice.
Of course the restuarant itself on the 13th floor view is spectacular you get to see all of Amman.
