Third visit to this location. I am convinced the quality of the chili varies from location to location. Unfortunately, this location is consistantly filthy and the chili is consistantly average compared to other Skyline locations.

My first time trying Cincinnati styled chili! Skyline provided me with a good meal for after my work.
The only negative aspect I can say is that the spaghetti was as soft as baby food, but other than that, it was delicious!
Not something to eat everyday, but would like to come here occasionally.

Maybe and off day for skyline normally I would choose gold star but this day I went to skyline…… The buns on all 3 of my cheese coneys were stail and hard like it had been sitting out for hours and was microwaved to serve. This goes against the waitress for not checking quality.

Multiple customers sitting ten plus minutes just to get a drink. When asked about the delay was informed that only one server was on and if they don’t ask for help they don’t get it.

There’s more workers standing by the food than there are working a crowded dining room floor.

Very disappointed

Edit 2/6: person at drive thru window doesn’t know what “all the way” means. Poor training

Here was my experience at this newly built Skyline at 11:30 AM on 6/18: drive thru person was cranky and rude. They failed to offer hot sauce and crackers or put it into the bag. Just yesterday I was asked at the same Skyline if I wanted crackers and hot sauce. They did not confirm my order which is standard practice. They gave me a $15 total at the speaker and $20 total at the window. The worker continued to not say hi or acknowledge me at all while handing me a pen and paper. They asked me to sign which is bizarre. This is a ploy for tips. Sharing a pen like this is simply unacceptable. Every person that goes through the drive thru is sharing germs with each other because of this absurd requirement. This is deplorable and I will not be heading back as it disgusts me.

I love Skyline, but management has decided our health as their customers is less important than asking everyone for a potential tip. Pay your workers instead. Stop asking everyone to front the bill for you.

As for the food, the cheese is way too melted which seems to be happening here depending on the day. It’s way too melted. They want $3 with tax for this coney. No thanks! I’ve attached a picture from the same Skyline twelve days ago which was absolutely perfect. You can see the difference between expectation and reality.

I had high hopes for this Skyline based on that experience, but today proved that not much has changed here in terms of quality control, yet you are forced to be asked for a tip anyway.

There is a lack of quality control and for these premium prices and risk of germs for the sake of unwarranted tips, I’m out. You can afford the building, so you can afford good workers and training. Respect your customers.

Skyline is the best thing about Cincinnati. If my visits home down involve at least one meal at Skyline a day, I feel like my trip wasn’t worth it. Please build one in Dallas & Fort Worth

This location locked the doors 35 minutes earlier than their signage indicates. All the workers who cld see me thru their glass windows and door pretended to be busy in their phones. Guess if I want decent customer service, I’ll need to spend my money at Gold Star Chili.

We sat down with our kids and they didn’t come to our table for 10 minutes. There were aboue 3 other tables with small groups so it wasn’t busy. So we left because it seemed obvious they didn’t want to wait on us.
