Whoever runs this restaurant has a terrible location. Madison or Kelly is no help. This is seriously a joke. I don’t understand how you expect a customer to find hair on food and expect them to still decide which items are going to get ate. Disgusting! For Madison to debate with me about refunding just a 3 Way when $45 was thrown down the trash is beyond me. If this is the run around you guys will give someone it shows you don’t care, yall just want money. Don’t understand how you guys are in business. No wonder your team have nasty attitudes, your managements attitudes addressing situations is about the same. No one wants to return to that location even for a credit. Pathetic place!

This place is horrible.. gave me 2 hot dogs on each Coney and no chili.. I won’t be going back to this location everrrrrr again. This is at least the 10th time they’ve messed up a simple order of mine..
**To add some contacts to this (I went through the drive thru) I ordered two cheese coneys with no onion and no mustard so it should of had Bun, hotdog, chili and cheese. And this is literally what I got instead.. So obviously I drove back around parked then walked inside and showed them their mistake and asked them very kindly if they could give me the right order, to which I got the worst attitude from who I believe was the manager.. To be honest if they would have just apologized to me, remade my order and sent me on my way I would have never made this post because I’m not one to complain ever! But it was the pure lack of caring and stupidity that made me make this review.. 0/5⭐’s
