Traveling from Florida to visit my mother and dined there way “too often” ( Just Kidding…addicted to 4-ways and cheese coneys) Atmosphere, Food and Service is exceptional. Management went out of their way to pack up several conies and cans of their ambrosia for my return home to Saint Augustine, Florida. All I ask now is they open one here locally and send us that dynamic staff from Blanchester to cut the ribbon.

Food is always great, I mean it is Skyline! Service is Always Good, staff is friendly. But I guess you need a college degree to make the food. Every single time I go there and order 2 coneys no onion. I get them with cheese ♂️ I guess they’re not taught the difference between a coney and a cheese coney. I’ve specifically said NO CHEESE or CHEESE ON THE SIDE. Still they come with cheese. Get it together up there y’all, it ain’t rocket science

I have never had a bad meal or bad service here. The food always comes out right away and is super fresh. The staff is so kind and so attentive to the customers needs. As for cleanliness, I’ve never been to a cleaner fast food restaurant. It looks and smells very clean and well maintained. Just a very good eating environment all around!!

Came in to get food and a bengals bobble head waited in line 15 minutes and they let people that were in the back of the line just come in sit at a table and order the bobbleheads and not have to wait very unprofessional

We had a very long and tiring day fixing the car and wanted nothing more than to sit in a warm dining room be served quickly. We were the only customers there since it was quite late. Having worked in the restaurant business for 20 years, we hated to go in so late because we know that 30 minutes before closing, you just want to close up and go home. But Hailey, our server, was very gracious and friendly and we didn’t feel rushed at all. We told her about our long day and how hungry we were, and she brought our conies right out so we could get started before our other food was ready. She came back to the table a few times to check on us and ask about refills and dessert. She was a great server and is an asset to your company. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

the staff is lacking professionalism in food service hospitality industry. Last thing I want to hear while I try and eat my food is someone barfing or making inappropriate sounds from the kitchen. Food was dry it’s pretty bad when the fires were better then the 3 way. Still don’t see management or leadership stepping in teach or redirect the employees in a positive manner. Just because your dinning room is empty and you only have a few people eating doesn’t mean you can act inappropriately especially for a business. I probably will never come back inside if I chose to eat skyline or I may have to drive out of my way for an environment that will be more inviting to actually eat in at a different location.

Always wonderful! I don’t get into town often but when I do I make a beeline to Skyline! I always get a root beer, Four-way onions and one cheese Coney! And a thin mint for dessert.

We just went and ordered through drive thru – i had to repeat my order 3 times, and she still got it wrong. RIDICULOUS! My five way was missing onions, my chili cheese sandwich was missing onions AND cheese. She asked if i wanted hot sauce and crackers – yes please – JK!! You’re not getting them – why did you even ask? The girl taking the order was totally incompetent.
