Skyline chili is a family friendly environment that is welcoming to every person that walks into the doors. I visited this location after a movie night with friends, and had a great time. I was greeted with smiles, had a great customer service experience, and the food was delivered fast. This location is very clean, and they are very well organized and managed. The menu is small which makes it easier to choose what you want to eat especially if you have little children.
This space is very important to me because I am from Cincinnati, where skyline chili is from. It is a comfort food and place for me when I am back home, and I go there with my family a lot; so having a location in Lexington is a way I can feel a little bit at home.
Whether you are going here with friends, family, or alone, this place is friendly to all, and I would highly recommend anyone to try it for themselves

I have severe allergies so of course I went online to see if I could eat here it was a yes. I always ask for the allergy menu just in case things change. I got a paper menu that everyone touches and you can’t clean it. Then realized it was very different then online. I finally decided on a salad (that was all I could eat) no dressing I could eat. I was willing to do blue cheese (lower on my allergy list) they were out. I’m happy I didn’t take a chance on the chili. If I was having a great day I might have tried chili, potato & cheese. 3 of us went, 1 loved it 1 said it was ok. I basically gave it a star for each of us. Not bad not great. Service was Great

It’s Cincinnati chili, you either love it or ya hate it. I, personally, love it, and would never pass it down. Every time I go it is a good time. The food is good, the service is great, and it’s overall a good time. All the facilities are clean, serving sizes are pretty good, it all lands. I don’t know how else to say it. Good restaurant, would recommend.

I love this place and wish there was at least one in Tennessee! The stores in Ohio serve breakfast so hoping Kentucky follows suit soon! I had dinner in Nicholasville Ky here on Thursday, eating the 4 way spaghetti. Sooo good. Service was great. I do wonder if it would be better with thin noodles, but that’s just a preference for me and not saying it would be better. We also got the new dip. Yummy!
Then we came back on Saturday morning before headed back to Tn. Luke is the best server and seemed like he just got out of boot camp. Attentive, kind, and happy to be there. Also stood in “at ease” while listening to our orders. I got 3 coneys with everything including mustard. Hubby got the new Mac and cheese. The only thing that could’ve been better in my opinion is the hot dogs themselves. A little tougher than I remember. I’ll probably just stick with the spaghetti.

Ordered the coney kit for a work potluck event and it was amazing! David made sure that everything was taken care of with perfection and Katelyn was a wonderful staff member that had it all prepared and helped carry it to the car! Will remember this for future events. Thank you!

Even if you didn’t like the food you will love the experience. Service is over the top enthusiastic and attentive. Really is the best trained staff. I like the side Greek salad and coney. Balanced diet? Not sure but reasonable price and fast service.

The atmosphere is wonderful and staff was amazing. The chili leaves something to be desired. It was kinda watery. Maybe we’re just not used to the chili they make here. Probably won’t go back. :(. The Dyson AirBlade in the bathroom was nice. Lol

Stopped to get a 2 coney combo with a large drink. My coneys were ice cold and they charged me $5.99 for a large root beer. Shame on you all! The combo was supposed to be $8.89 and you said an up charge for a large drink wasn’t very much. Absolutely ridiculous. Got lied to by two people on the drive thru. SMH!

The place was slamming busy! We sat at the counter and I ordered the 3 way and a cheese coney. There was 2 tables left in the whole place and a never ending line at the drive thru with a team of only 4 employees. All of this team rocked it out. Each one of them worked in multiple capacities throughout the store and didn’t skip a beat. Very impressed that this team kept their composure and made a whole store of customers happy. Our food came quickly and was spot on.
