The food is not good. Do not bother with the burger. The wasn’t right at all (see pictures) it was white and pink, did not taste good. Also ordered an Amaretto Sour and it came in a big glass with fizz, that also isn’t correct. Safe to say I tried one bite. One sip and had enough. Just skip this place.

Don’t be a hurry at this place. Almost an hour and a half in and still.no food. There is only 2 tables that ordered in front of us. We just had 1 appetizer and a tenderloin sandwich. Tenderloinnis burnt to a crixp. No silverware. Waitress has been by 1 time asking if we need anything. Will never eat here again. EVER

Awful!!! The employees will look at you and then ignore you for twenty minutes before they decide to take your order. They put the Marriott name to shame! It took us 2 hours to order to go dinner and finally get it. Employees on their phones and going outside for cigarette breaks long before they decide to do their job. NEVER EVER coming back. Shame on management! And shame Marriott for allowing this lack of integrity.

The service at this restaurant is awful to nonexistent. It took three hours to get served, with one meal out of six never arriving while the other five were delivered from fifteen to twenty minutes apart. Several meals did not contain the extras , supposedly that came with the meal such as sour cream, guacamole etc. The second day I ordered their supposedly well known banana pudding cheesecake with cinnamon ice cream to receive cheesecake with no pudding topping and no ice cream. Finally, decided I am done will not be back nor will I recommend.

I love my wait staff here! They welcome me by welcome back Mr Starnes, hugs. Some hugs with my back turned surprise me, all in good fun. Attentive. Friendly. The food is generally good to great. I think a certain person was out for a while, now that he is back, it’s back to really good, spot on!

Staying at the Marriott for a convention, I expected outrageous prices but I also expected quality. My amaretto sour tasted like high fructose corn syrup, food coloring, and the cheapest amaretto they could find. My husband’s white russian was awful, and the bartender was one of the grouchiest I’ve ever run into. Didn’t want to try the food because it looked dry and bland, we were also told they weren’t currently taking food orders. (Maybe catering was serving the chicken tenders and burgers for the all the youth sports families?) Either way, skip this restaurant, it’s overpriced and lacks quality.
