Great local and ambiance. Food was good. got the fish n chips and my friend got a burger no bun. Staff is nice, but a little slow on checking on you. Beautiful view right downtown. Parking is a challenge. Took me 45 min to find a space.

The location and place is really cool—large open windows so it feels like you’re on a patio. The pizza was great and the staff really went above and beyond to make sure everything was great— our server Maurice was the best!

Great place to relax, have a good meal and a delicious drink. The staff were professional and quick, and worked together as a team. I’d definitely go back.

Wow—just blown away by the hospitality at Skybox Tap House! We booked a 6-person reservation and were given the best spot in the house. It happened to be a Niners game and a Yankees playoff game. Philip came over right away and explained the situation since there were more Niners fans in the house. Totally understood, and we were still able to catch the Yankees game on another TV.

Our party ended up having an unbelievable time—the crowd was electric, the energy turned the night into an epic experience, and it became a memory our family will never forget. Huge thanks to Philip and the entire Skybox team for taking such great care of us. Truly appreciate you all—Mahalo!

Bait and switch advertising. We saw an advertisement (see attached) on a stand-up banner in the first floor Int’l Marketplace (near Target) for Happy Hour specials of $3 draft beer at 3pm then $4 at 4pm and $5 at 5pm. Also, cocktails starting at $6. We arrived at 3:15pm (happy hour 3-6pm). Well, our waitress Anna told us that the ad (which we showed her) was outdated and they no longer offer this. It is $5 draft beers for Happy Hour and $10 cocktails (see attached Happy Hour menu pics). We expressed our displeasure with the bait and switch advertising and she understood. But, obviously did nothing about it. Also, the advertised “ocean view” is over-exagerated, at best, and mis-leading (see attached picture). Seems that this biz resorts to these types of misleading tactics, as another reviewer mentioned of their “included” appetizer sampler platter of onion rings and waffle fries which really wasn’t a sampler platter. On another note, the food was good (I ordered the chicken spicy pasta). Also, on our receipt (see attached) a “BOH SB” charge was applied, which, after googling, stands for “back of house”. While nominal, this is another ridiculous tactic. By the way, we tipped 20% so it’s not a cost thing. It’s a stop lying to me thing. We will not go back because of the lies.

My wife and I watched game 6 of the world series here while it was decorated for Halloween. The energy was crazy good and the bartender staff lead by Cam kept service top tier.

Came here to eat while on our honeymoon while we were window shopping and we regretted it. This was probably the loudest restaurant we have ever been to. My husband and I could barely hear each other which led to a quiet meal. We waited quite a while for a server to come up to us, while she was nice we had to wait a while for our drinks to come out and our food. The onion rings to start were really good, but our mains weren’t the best. I felt uneasy after eating here. I got the chicken wrap and while it sounded good, it wasn’t. The wrap itself was greasy and the chicken had an odd taste. There was no ranch on it despite being a ranch wrap. I ordered truffle fries and got Parmesan fries instead and they weren’t good. Also very small portions. I guess a good place to drink beer and watch sports but if you’re a couple I’d avoid this place.

Really great place. Wonderful atmosphere. Food looked great, but we didn’t get that far. We came to watch the Seahawks game, but they didn’t have the NFL Sunday Ticket, even though they had a big poster out front that announcer they DID have The Ticket for “all out of town games”. Just not sure how a sports bar doesn’t have all the games? A number of us 12s left without eating. AGAIN..a perfect spot to meet in Waikiki, but a huge swing and miss.

I wish I got her name but one of the bartenders made a new drink just for me. I really appreciated that little extra bit of service. It’s a typical sports bar and they have events like trivia and bingo that happens during the week day. I’d definitely go back to watch sports during busy sports season (like spring/summer/fall not middle of winter).
