Went on a Friday as a group of 9 with reservations for dinner and special piano music. This place supposedly is historic and well known for it’s steaks and ribs. I ordered the fried catfish fillet with baby red potatoes and side salad. The food was an average portion and tasted very good. Service was good except dinner rolls didn’t come until midway through. Shared a brownie desert with my husband that seemed homemade and tasted good. The building and interior decor is quite dated. The dining area was dimly lit. We had requested a table close to the piano but upon arrival they didn’t have it available. Not a place I would have normally chosen but suggested by a friend of the group.

Always have a fantastic meal with great service and an atmosphere like that back in the 70s where you would expect to see the Rat Pack performing. Order any old fashion cocktail and they know how to make it. And we always ask for Peggy’s section. She is a wonderful server and very friendly

I just had an amazing experience. Our server, Audrey was friendly, fast and attentive. My steak was cooked to perfection and came to the table sizzling. Others at the table had; fried chicken, catfish and butterfly pork chop. Everyone was happy. I can’t wait to come back.

All I can say is WOW! Excellent food and service. Atmosphere is a classy retro theme. Our waitress Peggy Boo treated us like family. I would of loved to stick around for the live entertainment, unfortunately it started a little later than we arrived. Maybe next time. Will definitely be back.

Never again! Went there for Valentines Day with another couple. Had made early reservations to beat the crowd. Seated at 6:10 for a 6:30 reservation. Wait staff was slow and didn’t check on us as often as they should have. We had to twice go to the bar ourselves to order drinks. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get our food after were finally asked to place our order. Their excuse was that there was a large group that ordered before us. This answer only came after we had to flag down our waitress down for the third time. Food was very mediocre. My near $40 filet mignon steak was dry and over cooked. No one at our table was very impressed with the ribs or catfish they had ordered. Used to love this place, but it’s not good anymore, and way overpriced for what you get. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere if you want a good dining experience.

The atmosphere is like a time capsule. It’s like walking into a 60’s diner complete with a piano bar on the weekends. The owners are absolutely lovely and the food is delicious. I’ve never been disappointed with my service there either.

Delicious! I had chicken and it was the best I’ve had in the area. The interior, however, is…um…different. You either like it or you don’t. In my opinion, if the food is good and the place is clean, I’m content. I’ve lived in Peoria for over 30 years and this was my first time dining at Sky Harbor. It will definitely become a place I visit regularly.

Unfortunately our steaks were very bad quality. My wife and I had two of the 9- ounce ribeye steaks and they were very tough and the service was very poor from the waitress we had. With the prices that they charge for their food we expected a lot better quality and honestly could have had better steaks at the Golden corral Served by a much friendlier and service oriented waitress for an exceptional price. We were very disappointed. We asked to speak to the manager and owner and none of them were interested in coming to talk to us

Great atmosphere, great food! I like my steak rare and lightly seasoned and they tend to season more than I care for, but I explained to the waitress exactly what I wanted and it was perfect!! She even stood with me until I too a bite to make sure it was what I wanted. Their aggraten potatoes are the best I have ever had. Later we wanted a dessert adult beverage and she asked what we were looking for (ie: not ice cream or chocolate) and she suggested a pineapple upside down cake drink, which was awesome! The bartender had not made them before and came to our table a bit later to make sure they were okay. The best service in town! Made us feel like royalty!!!
