While exploring the Railroad District we discovered Sky Coffee. The barista was very friendly and made an excellent kawawa chocolate mocha! Situated next to the railroad tracks this unique cafe offered both inside and outside seating.

The two hot Americanos with cream, whip cream, and cinnamon on top were delicious.
The service was great. Also, we love the industrial and modern setting. The surrounding area around the coffee shop has the same industrial and cool look. Pictures don’t help. You have to come and experience it yourself and please ignore the space ship.
You’ll thank me later.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (I’d give infinity stars if Google would let me)

Sky Coffee isn’t just a coffee shop — it’s basically a shrine to the art of good vibes. Why? Because of two absolute legends: Natalie and Brooklyn.

These two aren’t just baristas; they’re cosmic treasures. Natalie could hand me a plain black drip and somehow it feels like sipping sunshine. Brooklyn could steam milk and I’d swear it was blessed by the coffee gods themselves. Together? They’re the dynamic duo that makes Sky Coffee the heartbeat of Santa Fe mornings.

Essential. Irreplaceable. True gems. If they ever left, I’m convinced the espresso machine would just refuse to turn on and the sun itself might reconsider rising.

Bottom line: Sky Coffee is amazing, but Natalie and Brooklyn are the reason it’s legendary. ☕✨

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sky Coffee, and it was such a delightful find! This charming and quaint coffee shop is nestled in a trendy and inviting area, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a cozy vibe that makes you want to linger a little longer. The fresh pastries were absolutely delicious—flaky, flavorful, and the perfect complement to my coffee. Speaking of coffee, the brew was rich, smooth, and expertly crafted. You can truly taste the quality in every sip!

Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Sky Coffee is a must-visit. I’m so glad I stumbled upon it while driving through town. Great coffee, amazing pastries, and a charming setting—what more could you ask for? Can’t wait to visit again!

The sky is the limit for trying new coffeehouses!

While exploring Santa Fe, Cassey said there are a ton of coffeehouses to pick from. She said there was this little one next to the train station that has a UFO next to it that she thinks I would like seeing, so we headed that way!

Sky Coffee is situated close to the Santa Fe Railyard and is a quaint little coffeehouse. Cassey and I popped in after walking around downtown after eating at Cowgirl BBQ. Having a full belly meant I needed fuel for the continued exploring we were planning to do.

The barista behind the counter was very nice and apologized for trying to take a call from her doctor while making us coffee. That didn’t bother me having worked in customer service for 15+ years and her sense of urgency on the phone with the doctor made it seem pretty serious. More important than getting my americano right away.

After apologizing profusely and making our drinks, we headed out and kept exploring the town. The americano was pretty good, if not a bit smaller than I expected but for the price ($3.75), it was a steal. I would’ve gladly paid more for a bigger serving though. Right after we left, Cassey had to take a work call so I used that time to take a lot of photos of the UFO, which you can see one of them below.

If you need a small and quiet coffeehouse before riding the trains, Sky Coffee could be the place for you. Do keep in mind the interior doesn’t have the most seating so if your party is more than 2, seating may be a struggle. Also, they have stickers for $2/each if you are a sticker fanatic like me. One last note, they are a cashless business so keep that in mind if you decide to pop in.

Walked in, and it was clear they knew what they were doing. After ordering, it took less than 3 minutes for my order to be ready (important note: they do not accept cash, but they do accept mobile pay apps). After you get your drink, you can adjust the sweetness at the coffee bar, which only carries cane sugar, plain sugar, and simple syrup. The coffee itself is very good and isn’t extremely dark, I would recommend it to anyone wanting a quick drink.

We have been to this coffee shop many times. Honestly we never had any issues with their coffee or tea or their staff. I’m not sure why some people had such bad experiences there. All I can say is that we enjoy their coffee and, to us, their staff were always friendly and good at their job. Today we went there towards the end of their business hours. So I could expect that their bakery items would not be the freshest. Still, it was perfectly good. We will be back when we are in the neighborhood.

My favorite coffee shop I went to while taking a quick weekend trip to Santa Fe! The chocolate croissant was delicious and my latte was lovely. Will definitely be back here if I’m in town again.
