Great atmosphere, the bar is small enough to be personal but has enough room to accommodate multiple groups. The bar food isn’t typical, it had a viatnamese twist to most dishes. Ask for Perri when you are in, she gives excellent service and took care of us while we dined in.

Highly recommend the roasted brussel sprouts, chicken spring rolls, pork & veggie egg rolls, bahn mi sandwich, and the Sky Burger. Service was great, very helpful – they even let us store our bicycles while we ate since we cycled there. Will be back!

Very beautiful and chill space, food was incredible and very affordable. Service was impeccable.
The sweet tea was the best I ever had honestly. And they have kareoke everyday from 9 or 10pm apparently! You can play the drums or guitar too.

This place is a fantastic spot in Tyler! The atmosphere is great and the customer service is even better. The food is delicious and they even offer a military discount. The prices are good, especially during happy hour. Highly recommend for a casual meal or drinks with friends and family. They were very accommodating to my peanut allergies.

I’m actually shocked the reviews are so high. We were looking for a new spot to have our first date out in a while for my husband’s birthday and had high hopes because of the reviews. First off, it was freezing in there but that could just be us. Then it took way too long to get chips and queso (tasted like canned concession stand cheese) but the two salsas were pretty good (similar to Abuelos options). Food was unfortunately okay at best. Onion rings were not crispy at all but almost donut like, a foamy consistency. The wings were over cooked as well. We were starving since it was already a late dinner for us, so needed to eat as much of it as we could. Live band started just before we left and seemed like a good band but way too loud for how small the place is. Really disappointed the reviews didn’t match the experience, so wanted to make sure no one else gets let down for a special night out.

Great place for food, drinks, and karaoke! I arrived with a decent sized group and the staff members were very welcoming and were quick with our drinks and food. The food and drinks were top notch, and reasonably priced. I’ve taken several trips to Tyler for work events from Louisiana , and I finally found a spot with innovative food, great drinks, good prices, and the hospitable atmosphere I was looking for. We can’t wait to visit again, and I have got to try the prime rib next time! Thank you Sky Bar and Grill!

We were in town from Athens to go shopping at Aldi’s Eastside and needed to go and eat somewhere that was not a chain restaurant. We looked online and found this restaurant. Glad we did. It was almost empty when we were there. Service was great but the food took a bit. The atmosphere was nice and my wife and I got to talk. There are a lot of TVs and the atmosphere is modern. We enjoyed our experience and I can recommend going here.

You can say a lot of things about Tyler, but you definitely can’t say we’re lacking in food options. I feel like a new restaurant or food truck pops up every week and honestly, I’m here for it.

Today, I had the absolute privilege of trying SKY BAR & GRILL They just opened a few days ago, but they’re already out here running things like seasoned pros.

Not only was the food delicious, but the service was also just as good. Apparently, I picked the perfect day to show up. They had half off wings plus an additional 25% off the entire order. I basically walked out of there with a feast for under $20. It felt like I was robbing them.

Now, let’s talk food. I couldn’t decide what to get, so I took the only logical route and ordered a little bit of everything. I ordered the 10 piece wings (half lemon pepper, half buffalo), the Vietnamese sandwich (Banh Mi), and some fried egg rolls.

Starting with the wings or as I’d like to call them, BBW’s (Big Beautiful Wings). They were lightly breaded, fried to crispy perfection, and packed with flavor. Both sauces hit the spot, and I really appreciated that the buffalo had just enough kick without trying to ruin my day. My only small gripe was the ranch not being homemade. It wasn’t bad by any means, just not that elite level ranch (shoutout Wingstop and Slim Chickens).

Next up was the Banh Mi, which I got without jalapeños because I like to enjoy my food, not fight with it. The waitress said it was her favorite thing on the menu, and after one bite, I totally understood why. The grilled pork was super tender, and when paired with those fresh veggies and house made bread, it made for an excellent sandwich.

Finally, the egg rolls. I inhaled them. I don’t even remember chewing. Whatever sauce they came with was fire too. I don’t know what it was, but I’m not questioning it. Some things are better left a mystery.

There were a few things marked out on the menu, probably just because they’re so new. But honestly, that just gives me an excuse to go back sooner. Which I will.

I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in Tyler. Come hungry. Leave happy.
