Finally I got to try this place, and I was so disappointed. Extremely small place, almost impossible to find a table. Prices are high, but we are downtown so whatever. We waited a long time to get our food, and again that’s fine. When we got the food, that’s when the disappointment begins. My burger was completely wet and soggy, almost impossible to eat from the water coming out, and so messy! The sweet potato fries were black and tastes burned. I always eat my fries, but I couldn’t finish them. My husband’s burger was fine, the fries were very mid.
We are definitely not coming back. Not even worth paying for the parking. So disappointed.

It was my first time here visiting from Florida. The people that work here were very nice and welcoming. They had great customer service. I ended up getting some Diablo guacamole burger that was really good. Their ranch is phenomenal. We also got a skirted cheeseburger and it was great. You can build your own burger. My cousin got the sweet potato fries that she really likes. They have really great soda as well. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much.

The signature Skirted Heifer burger is a carnivore’s dream — grass-fed beef wrapped in a fried cheddar cheese “skirt” that extends well past the bun. The flavor and texture are absolutely outstanding, and it’s so good that the fries (which were average) aren’t even needed. The burger stands on its own as the star of the meal.
They also score points for thoughtful touches: high-quality metal trays for plating, Boylan’s cane sugar sodas instead of high fructose corn syrup, and even gluten-free bun options, showing they care about both quality and customer health.
The restaurant itself is clean and welcoming, with excellent customer service. Seating includes a patio and a huge open indoor window that creates an airy, open feel. It’s a busy spot (and for good reason) right in the heart of Colorado Springs, directly across from the park — the perfect location.

It had phenomenal flavor that was delicious to the last bite. The balance of condiments is spot on; each ingredient enhances the overall taste without overwhelming it. The egg was cooked to perfection, with a runny yolk that adds a rich creaminess. Pair this with their sweet potato fries, which are delightfully crisp and seasoned with just the right amount of salt, creating a perfect complement to the burger.

I had the pleasure of visiting while on vacation. I wasn’t a fan on the skinny(really) fries. I did love the burger. I built my own with all the ingredients I like. I like that this establishment has homemade ketchup. Also the drinks are delicious. Great employees. Very welcoming.

Great burgers and fries. Came with a mid-size group and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. It’s a small-ish place but we didn’t feel crowded in. If you are in the area, I would recommend coming in and trying it out. Bonus: griddle-melted cheese on The Classic is awesome.

So, not to be too drastic. But this is the BEST Burger I’ve ever had and my life has changed forever. Though I am excited for the day I walk through the Pearly Gates, I am glad that Jesus left me on this earth long enough to eat this burger.
I went with the Burger of the week (Octoberfest) and it was PHENOMENAL. My wife’s build your own burger? PHENOMENAL. Both kinds of fries? Crispy. Salty. PHENOMENAL.
